Amazing response time

Zero stars-Buy from Chewy, Amazon, or any other Pet Supply site
I have ordered a specific brand of dog food on several occasions from this retail website. One bag had a strange stale odor but the expiration date was within normal range. I contacted PetCareRX about this issue as my dogs became reluctant to eat the food. They pretty much blew me off and said there wasn't anything they could do as the food was not expired. I thought that was pretty weak as I know all they would need to do is contact the manufacturer to get a credit for a replacement bag of food. I thought I would try PetCareRX one more time and ordered another bag of food. Once again, the dog food smells funny and there is no expiration date on the bag. I contacted the manufacturer and PetCareRX about the issue this time. The manufacturer looked up the lot number and said the bag was nearing expiration and sometimes the food can go bad early. They said it doesn't happen often but can occur. They suggested contacting PetCareRX for a new bag since I didn't buy it directly from a brick and mortar store or their website to get a replacement bag. I contact Pet CareRX and PetCareRX has a supervisor call me back to say there is nothing they can do since the food is not past the expiration date and basically they don't really care if I feed my dogs spoiled food which will make them sick. The supervisor proceeds to tell me to contact the manufacturer directly, which I have already done, and gives me a wrong phone number for the manufacturer. I call the supervisor back and was told she was in a meeting and will call me back which I doubt will happen. Really stupid and inept customer service which burns customers! I will be writing reviews on this company on every platform possible as this kind of stuff should not happen!

I was having difficulty with online orders. I spoke with Peggy and she helped me through the process effortlessly. She was knowledgeable, professional, and best of all very kind. The process was painless and I left wanting to order again with this company. Very pleased!!

Don't live up to their promises
I had purchased some food for my cat, but it arrived the day after he died. They kindly agreed to refund me, after shipping it back at my own expense, but didn't refund the tax I paid, just the price of the food itself.
Also, I had only been a member of their PetPlus program for one week before my cat died, and they only refunded me $30 out of the $50 I paid for the year subscription. I didn't even get to use the benefits.
The woman who talked me into PetPlus - I told her my cat was 20 years old, and she assured me I could get my $ back if he were to die.
Never again. I'll never shop there or recommend them.
customer service responded quickly
customer service responded quickly to my email about missing item / no packing list in the parcel I received, although shipment confirmation from PetCare Rx listed both items, but then the missing item came (unexpectedly) the following day- apparently a Fedex error, so I sent a second email. All worked out fine; although a new order had been entered, customer service was able to cancel the order before it left the warehouse. When i returned to my computer later, there were several emails updating the sequence of events. All good service. Thanks PetCare Rx.

free trial offer only 4 two pets, not clear. Was charged full price after the website told me I got a discount for a pet that was not named. CS FINALLY offered a "do-over." 🤞
Pet care RX reached out to me to offer me a free pet care RX plus membership for a year where I got 40% off. Who wouldn't join? My first order went fine. My second order cost me $15 more at the regular price (minus their 25% coupon) than I would have paid at their competitor's. They said, "Oh, you are only allowed two pets and you put down the wrong pet." That part was never clear to me. Instead of offering me my $15 back, they just said basically, "Sorry, Charlie." And happily canceled my membership after I requested. Really they should have made this right. Obviously I vowed never to shop there again. Then several weeks later I got a postcard saying we reached out to you but couldn't get in touch. They did not. So I called the number hoping to get some satisfaction. Nope. Different customer service person said, "oh I'm sorry - if you ever want to join again let us know." Really poor customer service.
Then, the president of the company wrote to me at another email address to promote their company. I complained about the second representative's handling of my case (couldn't remember the first name. It was "Miles." The second rep then reached out again. With an offer to charge me a slightly discounted one year membership! I vociferously declined, at which point the one year free trial, two pet option was again offered to me. At least this time I knew it was only two pets. So I took it. I hope I will not regret this! At least they finally in the end sort of did right by me.

UPDATE: AFTER BEGINNING TOLD ALL OF MY EMAIL ADDRESSES THAT I HAD NO ACCOUNT, CUSTOMER SERVICE FINALLY FOUND IT. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH SINCE MY ORDER. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO MAKE IT RIGHT SO MY PET SUFFERED FOR A MONTH. BUYER BEWARE!

Fantastic customer service!
I love how they check your account for previous orders. The label on the bottle was faded. Couldn't make out the prescription name. But they saw it and took time to go over the details. Always have been treated great with PetCareRx.

PetCareRx saves the day
I got a message from PetCareRx stating I needed to call my vet to get my prescription approved. I called the vet and got a message that the office would be closed from June14th through June 18th and opening again on June 19th. No reason given. I was panicking because I only had 9 Vetmedin pills left from my senior dog. I tried calling other Banfield offices but I would have to take my dog in again after just paying $146.02 on Saturday. and would have to drive 21.9 mile one way. I called your customer service number and Natalia let me know I still had 12 pills left on the old prescription and she would mail them out. She is a life saver. She took all the stress out of the day for me.
