Petcarex has a wonderful online veterinarian service you can access 24/7 to chat online with a vet if you have a pet issue. The problem was I didn't know how to access it and I'm not good with computers. I was luck enough to get a wonderful Customer Rep named Peggy when I called, and she not only told me how to use the service, but stayed with me and walked me through it until I made online contact with the vet service. Thank you, Peggy!

This was my first call to PetCare Rx and I was blessed to get Peggie to answer my call. I was concerned about the fact that honestly I didn't know anyone who had ordered from you before. I asked Peggie detailed questions about the length of time your company had been in business and where your products came from etc etc....EVERY question I threw at her, she answered with flying colors and complete resolve of satisfaction for the company she enjoyed working for! More reps like that and you won;t be able to handle all the calls you will get! Peggie was EXCELLENT in ALL areas of customer service. Knowledgeable...courteous...friendly and genuinely concerned for all that was good for our Macie girl!

I called Customer Service today when I received my order and realized that I ordered the wrong version of Glycoflex 3 - I ordered the 'mini' and should have ordered the 'all weight ranges'.
The most cheerful person answered my call - Peggy was so helpful, and happily helped me fix my error. She even checked to make sure I wasn't making another error (ordering the tablets instead of the soft chews)!

Your customer service department is STELLAR! Today's help came from Pamela! Every step of the way, your customer service "superheroes" reach out to let me know the status of all orders, what they are doing to assure the correct medications are being sent in a timely manner, as well as to be sure the dosing is the correct measure so as to not make an error to protect our pets' health. Today, Pamela called to help clarify dosing amounts. She was amazing...quick to fix what was unclear (due to my error!), and she did it with efficiency, and with a true willingness to provide the customer service experience I have come to appreciate from you all! There is no other company that I engage with that provides this level of customer care. Bravo!! And thank you!
