HORRIBLE website. Wish I would have read the reviews on it before I ordered something. First I ordered program from them and it took them 20 days to even mail it out. Then it took another 2 weeks to arrive. Turns out it wasn’t what I needed after all so I turned around and against my better judgment, ordered Cap star from them. I never received the cap star at all. When it was well past time for it to arrive I called them to see why it had never arrived. I was told that it was in New York (I love in Kentucky). I was then told that I would receive a refund since it had not gotten delivered and that the refund would show up in my account in 3-4 days. Here it is 3 days later and still no refund.

I ordered the Seresto flea collar on September 5th it took 3 days to ship the collar on September 8th. It is not September 17th and no collar. When I called customer service I was told that it should be there sometime next week. Needless to say this is terrible service and this will be my last order. Hopefully this thing arrives as I'm very upset that I'm still waiting for a dog collar that can fit in your pocket. The free shipping here is free because they are shipping in bulk so if there are not enough orders you will be waiting until they fill the bulk.

I purchased Frontline for my cats one month ago and never received the product. I called several times and all they keep saying was it was shipped out Aug 16 but gave me no tracking # ! My cats have been without medicine and now I will have to buy the more expensive product from a local store when I've already paid this company for something I've never received...WORST COMPANY EVER !!!!

Such a scam, terrible company. Products are fake. You can't send them back for a refund because the shipping costs more than the actual product.

Absolutely Horrible STAY AWAY!!!! Not only have I not recieved the flea medication I ordered for my dog over 2 weeks ago, the customer service is a joke! They are rude, from another country, and it's almost impossible to get a hold of them. I've tried numerous times to call them and they send me to leave a message. When I do leave a message I never get a call back. I just want my money back so I can go to the local pet store to buy his medication. Definitely not worth saving a few bucks, especially when you dont get what you ordered.

Before I ordered the product from Petcaresupplies, I read the reviews and knew there would be some sort of issue. I simultaneously ordered a collar from a trustworthy US source. The US product was one I was quite familiar with (including the reflectors) and cost about twice as much as the Petcaresupplies product. The US product arrived in two days, while the Petcaresupplies took about three weeks. As with other reviewers, I noticed the package was different and the collar did not have the "reflectors.' I was somewhat concerned especially since I read the review that discussed the special formula used in the US versus the formula for fleas and ticks in other countries. I carefully looked at the formula for the US product and compared it with the Petcaresupplies product (which I determined was a Seresto collar from South Africa). The formula ingredients and percentages were identical.
Our Siberian Husky has used the South Africa collar for about four months in the tick and flea infested Southeast with no apparent difference from the US product we have used for years.
I had no difficulty determining the location as Shrewsburry, UK but I did give the product a 4 because I had no experience with problems.

I received my seresto collar a couple of days ago now. It is genuine and it works! I had been struggling with fleas since moving into a new house with my new puppy, but in just a couple of days, she is flea- free and we are so happy! This collar was much less expensive on this site than others, and it works!

Ordered front line plus from this website as it appeared to be in the US. My order took 3 weeks to arrive, the products arrived in unusual packaging and appeared to be fraudulent. Closer inspection suggests they are from South Africa. Looking at previous reviews there are many who have had a similar experience with this company. I did not use this product on my pet due to safety concerns.

Petcaresupplies also only shows good reviews on their website which are likely to be fake.

Bought a seresto flea collar for small dogs was suspicious of the package because the color of the tin can was different. Once opened u noticed it had no reflectors but i applied it to my min pin anyway. Now guess whos scratching, (my minpin) and guess who's having to spend more money ( me)... dont by it doesn't work.

Was charged twice. When I called them to enquire, they intimated me with the information about the payments and refund process. Well, when it comes to money how can someone not worry but somehow the executive’s polite and reassuring behavior made me trust him. Fortunately, after some days I got my money back. I feel that the website and the people behind it are trustworthy and helpful and mistakes can happen with anyone, after all, we all are humans.

The Frontline Plus for cats is FAKE. I bet a lot of their flea and tick medication is FAKE. Just look at past reviews. There are websites you can go to that will tell you all the signs for FAKE Frontline and what you get from PetCareSupplies is definitely FAKE. I thought it was strange that the second time I ordered Frontline from them, they asked if my cat had had any adverse reactions to the last batch they sent me. BUYER BEWARE!

This company is supposedly located and ships from the UK. There is no return address on the shipping box! This is not disclosed anywhere on the website
Items shipped are delayed because they ship overseas, they take 10 days to 2 weeks to deliver.
Items then need to clear customs which delays the shipment even further.
Then, if paid in US currency with your credit card, your bank is likely going to charge a currency conversion fee!
NOWHERE in About Us nor Contact Us does it mention they are not a US Company. I did not find this out until I called to complain about the delay in delivery of my order! In fact by the times in which their toll free number is available, it infers they might be CST (midwest)!!!

FINALLY... the newest Seresto product comes with reflectors. This is OLD product or knockoff!

I had used a couple of products which I bought from this site when I had a pup. Mostly, all of them were pretty good. There was this product called essential 6 which I found highly effective. For those 2-3 months when I used this product on my dog, her hair had actually turned silky and her growth had also increased. I would say I was lucky to have found this site where I got such a cool product for my dog. Had he lived more, I would have definitely continued purchasing this product for the rest of my life. I think these people are doing a great job by providing quality products at such affordable prices. I couldn’t find the product this cheap on any other website.

Fake seresto collars. Website needs to be shutdown! Fake reviews

I use the "Auto Order" feature at PetCareSupplies.com for cat flea control products. PetCareSupplies.com does a great job of notifying me of upcoming shipments in case I need to modify anything. They also apply the best price and best available discount for every shipment. Products are authentic, well within the use by date, and at a lower price than any I could find elsewhere.

PetCareSupplies.com products arrive in a reasonable time from the "your product has shipped" notification," even though package tracking is not available. I am pleased with this company's service, price, and follow-up and can unreservedly recommend PetCareSupplies.com to others.

I am seriously questioning all of the good reviews for this company! If I could give them no stars I would! They ship fake products, nothing is authentic! I'm currently trying to figure out how to return this fake product. Total joke of a company! Beware!!! They are rip offs!

I discovered this site by accident, but am so glad I did. I order flea meds here regularly. The prices are good and haven't had any problems with shipping. Contacted customer service once in regards to auto ship and they responded immediately.
