I am surprised at all the rave reviews on here leads me to wonder if they are fake . I ordered Sersto collar from them and then never got tracking info anything as I needed the collar ASAP I called and canceled the order, they said fine it hasn’t shipped and they would refund the money . A couple of days later the charge went through my bank the next day it was credited, then the next day it was supposed taken out again. I called they said no it wasn’t and argued with me . I ended up having to have my debit card canceled and file a charge dispute with my bank . They are crooks and trying to steal money watch your credit card purchase with them .

To be true, you won’t find such high rated pet products at such low prices. At first I played safe by buying collars for my dog. The stuff reached on time. I was happy to buy that item cheap. The product was all genuine. Then after exactly after one month I made up my mind to buy K9 Advantix for my dog. I was little skeptical though initially but go ahead with my deal. As usual, I got the product on time. It was the all genuine. I cross checked it my friend; it was the same which he was using. My doggy is facing no issues with fleas. My friend also parted his way with the site he was earlier on. Lucky me and my pet!

I have ordered from petcaresupplies a couple of times. Their prices are very reasonable and I have always received my order in good condition. Their shipping time has taken up to 3 weeks but I just plan ahead. Very satisfied with the company.

I discovered Petcaresupplies.com when I was searching for an alternative to buying preventative flee care for my Chihuahua at pet stores. Petcaresupplies always has prices that are substantially less than stores or anything else online. I always get the correct order in a timely manner, and email confirmations of shipping. I have used petcaresupplies.com for the past year and highly recommend the company for all your pet care needs.

I ordered from this company last January 2017 and the product didn't arrive after a month I requested a refund which they hesitantly did. It was suggested that I request a return envelope for when the product arrived to return it. I requested the envelope and 2 weeks later I had to call and request it again as the product finally arrived and I returned it. They don't track the items and want to accuse you of lieing. Then in April 2017 I placed another order. There prices are good and I have numerous cats. That went well. However I signed up for autoship for the next order, again to save money because they offer a discount. Time slipped away from me over the holidays and when I called them because again the product wasn't received they asked me why I waited 2 months to give them a call. I was then told that someone would call me. That was two weeks ago and still no product no call and I'm out $56.

This site is 100% a scam. I ordered a year's worth of Frontline flea medication for my golden retriever and decided to order from Petcaresupplies.com because it was about $10 cheaper than the other sites. Looking back, I should've paid the extra $10 because it has been a month and I still have received it, and customer service is basically an automated message. I've emailed back and forth with customer service about 6 times about the whereabouts of my package and/or if they could issue a refund. They said standard ship times are 10-14 business days, but they don't provide any tracking. After refusing to refund me the $100+ on the flea meds I didn't receive, I've decided to let me credit card disputes department handle it from here, since I really have no more bandwidth to deal with this shady company. Seriously, do yourself and your pets a favor and don't shop here.

I love petcaresupplies.com, even my dogs do so. They have been providing the best quality product for a minimum price, helping us save a lot, compared to the amount we used to pay to the local pet stores and the Vet. Total savings.

Caring and looking after cats are a real tough job and especially if they are strays who can scratch you real bad. But ever since I found Program Oral for cats on petcaresupplies my life has been easy. I just mix the medicine in the strays food and he doesn’t even realize that he was medicated (thank god for that huh! :D ). The prices are really affordable and they deliver via USPS so i can have them deliver my stuff to my PO Box with just a few clicks of my mouse. Makes my life a lot easier. Thank you folks!
