Petculiar Little Shop LTD Reviews 

I have been shopping at Petculiar for well over a year now. I visit the shop in Offley & Letchworth. It's great because I can bring my hyper GSD x Oz Kelpie. He loves everything from the shop. Petculiar always has the best food, treats and supplements, which are healthy and do not contain any rubbish (cerials etc).
Then you have Hallé... What a rare gem she is! She is so knowledgeable, plus often helps me if my dog gets sick. Like if my greedy dog eats too much bone, slices his paws open, or once got the flu. Hallé was spot on every time and she's so honest.
Hallé has saved me a fortune in vet bills, plus kept my boy really healthy. The vets compliment on how white his teeth are and how much good shape he's in.
This all comes down to the food and ideas from Petculiar.
You have to also take into consideration on flea and worm treatments. Hallé opened my eyes to the dangers of continuous medication. Example: why take antibiotics every month if you don't have an infection? Only take medication when you actually need it. Petculiar sell worm, flea prevention, and natural antibiotics (silver) and it actually works!! Along with being healthy and not dangerous to the dog.
If you haven't visited the shops, then I advise that you do so. You'll always be welcomed with open arms.
Petculiar is an independent, so yes you may find things cheaper at huge retailers, but at a risk. Is stuff online genuine? how old is it? where does it come from? are you sure it's 100% natural? Hallé can answer all of this! Her service is worth the extra and I trust her advice over anyone.

Took our little one there to look around in Letchworth and he loved the ball pit🥰 The selection they have is huge and the staff are very knowledgable in their products. Our little one has loved every treat he’s had there, definitely going to be a regular! 🐶

We love this little shop! We bought an advent calendar and it’s safe to say the dogs loved it. I only had to pick it up and they all came running. Every single day contained high quality natural protein treats, wrapped in recyclable packaging.
A lot of thought and effort had gone into every single one, and they looked simply stunning. These aren’t your average treats, these are excellent quality and something a little bit different (think zebra, dried prawns, bladder etc.)
We will definitely be first in the queue for one next year.

We are huge fans of everything Petculiar. Our dog absolutely loved the Advent Calendar and you could tell that so much thought and love had been put into it. We can’t recommend Petculiar highly enough - it’s doggy heaven and Pip loves his visits especially as he gets so many treats! Great company and so glad it’s so close to where we live so we can keep well stocked up.

Stocking up for Christmas and Petculiar were not at all phased by my large order. In fact they added in a thank you gift which my dogs loved.

So glad we discovered this little gem although the shops a bit far for us (although we’d love to visit one day) the products we’ve had online have all been superb!
We are quite fussy about what treats we give to our pup so discovering this place with high quality and natural treats was a great find!
The advent calendar we bought had so much love and care poured into it. From the design to the little checklist each day. Not sure who enjoyed opening it more us or Prue! 😂
There’s always novel but natural treats that are a bit different to what you find in a lot of places! We’ve definitely found a few new favourites for our pup!

We have been regular customers at Petculiar ever since we moved to Hertfordshire back in 2022! Our staffy, Saffy, absolutely loves everything that we have ever purchased from this company. Shout out for the advent calendar this year, which was amazing! The customer service is second to none and incredibly friendly. We’re super excited that Petculiar are opening a shop in Letchworth in 2024 - they will be seeing us even more regularly than before!

I have 3 small dogs, 2 chihuahuas and 1 chorkie, my poor chorkie suffers with the most horrible allergies. My poor mite lives on daily medication and has to be monitored so closely, his allergy list is longer than a novel! This is the best, most thoughtful and caring company I have ever found for him! They went out of their way to ensure that everything was allergy safe for my boy, including the free add ons, which as a small business is incredibly kind to start off with, but to go as far as to swapping certain proteins out and replacing them for Ted ones… I can never thank you enough. Their care and attention is second to none, and now all 3 of my boys will have the BEST Christmas present ever! Thank you again, so much! We can’t wait to order more!

What a super little shop ! Just has everything you could possibly need for your furry babies.
We took our nervous rescue dog and we were made to feel so welcome. Advised on some super treats for him and a lovely ice cream too ! He was given space and time to explore the shop which helped build his confidence with new locations and experiences.

A brilliant natural-food pet shop, sells unusual proteins like crocodile as well as familiar favourites. Also a huge range on supplements for your dog or cat. Super friendly staff who are on hand to help. Highly recommend!

What a lovely local business this is! I first encountered them at a village craft fair and have been to their shop and ordered on line since using the local delivery option. A particular favourite are the yak bones - far superior to others on the market - and I love their enrichment range. Looking forward to seeing what new products they will add to their range - some more toys would be amazing.

I am always blown away by all the amazing products from this small business. Their customer service and knowledge is amazing. I can't recommend highly enough!

I have had the pleasure of watching PLS grow from the start, and have watched them interacting with customers as several events. Every single person and dog gets a 1:1 customer tailored experience. I have also had this service myself when I reached out in relation to my lil man's allergies. They were incredibly helpful, empathetic, and knowledgeable, spending alot of time getting to know where the allergies stemmed from, and providing a list of products that could help and why.

Hello my name is Cooper & i’m a 4 year old good boy!

Petculiar is the best shop for us doggos and Hallé is so so wonderful! She always gives my humans recommendations on what is good for my sensitive tummy. My human says it’s because she cares about me & all the other dogs A LOt. She knew my name before i came as she spoke to my human via instagram & had some fishy treats she was feeding me all ready as some of the other sweets give me a tummy ache & it made me feel so special :)

Petculiar takes us over an hour to get to but we do enjoy visiting when we can & it’s worth the drive! I think all my christmas presents are from there this year! Lots of yummy deliveries!
