This is a real hidden gem in Hertfordshire. I discovered this little shop through a friend on instagram, I decided to go and visit rather than shop online as it’s close to us.
I am so glad I visited, the shop is like an Aladdin’s cave of everything you could possibly want and more!
I popped in to get some natural treats for a foster who was leaving, Hallé took the time to meet her and put her at ease. Her emotional connection with the dogs is easy to see and her knowledge is invaluable. We have 4 dogs and I can’t wait to go back so they have the choice of some novel proteins and some extra special treats (also got a doggy ice cream while we’re there). Everything is reasonably priced and there is a great choice of natural supplements available. If you’re not nearby the online shop is super easy to navigate and it’s delivered direct to your door.

Fantastic selection. Having a dog with multiple allergies to main stream proteins it's always difficult to find treats for him but these are great novel protein treats selection and he loves them

Halle's knowledge of animals and their health care is exemplary. Marlie is a rescue Patterdale who fears new things. Her teeth needed some plaque removal and we did not want to sedate her if we did not have too. Ostrich Bone to the rescue!!! Marlie now has sparkly shiny teeth and loves her Ostrich Bone (Well once she has buried it then dug it back up again)

What a great little shop, we have been to both the little pop-up shop summer shop in August in Letchworth and the permanent shop in Offley Hoo Farm. The shop is filled full of unusual delights for your pets that you could never imagine but they will love, our dog loves the little fishies 🐟 and his Saturday treat of a piggy ear.

We have visited the shop several times and have ALWAYS found a gorgeous selection of goods and a big friendly welcome wen we go. Halle and her team welcome my 2 little dogs like they are the most important customers and always jave an extra treat or 2 (10 if your Juno!) on hand! Emi & Juno's favourites are the pork spaghetti and salmon roll! They have statyes to try other new items like the shark and are loving it!!
They truly love coming here and easily find their own way from the car park!!
Hales expert knowledge has come in handy when the pupsters were feeling unwell, I followed the recommendations she gave, and they soon got better!

We contacted Petculiar when our pug Ivy was struggling with allergies. The help and support was excellent and so thorough. We had regular online contact and a call. We wished we lived closer to the shop but the online service is excellent!!
