Could not thank Ben enough for the help through the original application and holding deposit, however due to the property being unsuitable for mine and my partners needs, we needed cancel as we couldn’t view the property due to coronavirus etc. So ben was good enough to sort a full refund of a holding deposit for us! I will recommend Peter Anthony to any of my friends as the agency is quite honest and work with good pace. I took up a property as quickly as possible and all was just fast and in place though there was some extra cleaning in the property but I think to be fair that's just normal. I had a very bad experience with Peter Anthony and would never ever recommend it to anyone. Me and my husband were interested in one of their rented property and wanted to move in immediately. I fulfilled all the paperwork and met all requirements by paying the 'holding' deposit in advance. However, the agency decided to keep the deposit and not even agreed to give the rented property. Me and my husband went almost every weekend to speak to the agency because we really needed to move in (we were living with my parents and siblings - over crowded) but no help was provided. They knew our situation- we were very honest with the agency - even spoke to Tom who promised to look into this but nothing happened. After they refused to give the rented property, i kept calling and emailing Peter Anthony so they could at-least return the holding deposit but no one ever got back to me. No actions were taken. Me and my husband were extremely disappointed with the customer service and the agency itself.

Peter Anthony have taken my second property under full management and I just want to say they are simply fantastic! Both Ben and Jenna at the Stockport branch have been brilliant! Keeping me updated all the time and getting both my properties rented out in record time. I had the unfortunate problem of having a leak at one of the properties just after it was occupied. I just took one call notifying me and that was it. They instructed a plumber to attend same day liaising with the tenant and sorted everything! Most definitely recommend.
