Unlawful/uneathical
Without giving any valid reason with prove against me as tenant they decided not to pay my deposit back when I moved out one of their property. They don’t want to answer my question and false information provided and clearly proved them.

As a company we use photographic inventory when you move into a property, when you move out, we compile a photographic check out and we compare the two to determine if the property is in the same condition as when you moved in giving consideration to wear and tear. We are also a member of the TDS where your deposit is fully protected.
We will only make deductions from a deposit if we see discrepancies between the ingoing inventory and outgoing check our reports. You had the ability at any stage to raise a dispute with the TDS If you were not happy with the proposed deductions that we advised we would be making you from your deposit and they would have instructed an independent arbitrator to judge the situation.
As a company we act in a fair manner and will only make deductions if a tenant has not returned a property in a suitable condition.

Great experience at Levenshulme Peter Anthony
I've recently moved into a rental property with Peter Anthony as the agency and had a great experience with them - Shehnaz, the estate agent in charge of my letting, was absolutely brilliant throughout the process. Patient with me and on call to answer my questions (I had many as I was quite nervous), I felt very comfortable with her as my agent and would like to thank her again!
