It was clear that Shaun had taken time to consider elements of the property carefully before writing up the report. I found Peter Barry after an extensive and exhaustive online search, and chose to go with them because they had the best reviews, bar none.

I subsequently commissioned a RICS Level 3 Home Survey and was quoted a price of £1,390 + VAT for the survey and estimated cost of repairs.

The survey was not only detailed, but the surveyor Robin called me up after to give me a summary over the phone, and then promptly answered my follow-up questions that helped to put my mind at ease.

It's hands down the best experience I've had in the house buying process, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone wanting a survey.

We found Peter Barry Surveyors via an AI search as we needed a party wall surveyor for a rather complex party wall rebuilding issue. Jaynell Mainoo handled our case and we are extremely happy with the service and the efficiency. We will definitely ask for Jaynell again if needed.

Had a very good experience with Peter Barry Surveyors Shaun Blake. He understood from our first call what was needed. We are grateful for his detailed review of our complex roof and it's replacement. I worked with Callum Escott for my party wall awards and he filled me with a great deal of confidence from the very first conversation. Indeed, although he was more expensive than others, all the other surveyors I interviewed didn't measure up.
