I did not receive the order!

Dear Customer,
We are very sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order and we thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.
Having checked the tracking, it would appear that your order was collected from our warehouse on the 6th January and was last updated on the 26th January leaving the UK. The delay was due to a cyber-attack experienced by Royal Mail and as a result, a temporary hold was placed on all of their international parcels. From this point, the tracking will update more frequently and the order should reach you soon.

The colour was very different, much darker, from the colour online and in the printed adverts. Whilst it was advertised as “mustard” and shown as such, the actual colour was about three shades darker and more of an “olive.”
