I have been trying to return a purchase since December29, 2025. The garments do not fit. I would do an exchange , but they can’t accommodate that kind of try. I have gone through their ruturn process 4 times only to be referred due to the order number not being recognized.
I have$250.00 worth of very nice clothing that I can’t do anything with.
This is very poor customer service to say the least. Just warning any US customers, do not purchase anything from this company. They don’t have it together and do not care about customer satisfaction.

The sizes for the pants not standard and it’s smaller, and no replacement is available. Plus you charged me extra $30 to return it.

The product arrived in excellent condition, I love the jacket and socks. However, the package arrived with a big hole ripped on the package … a paper package. Fortunately none of the clothes were affected. I called customer service and suggested that they might want to consider stronger rip proof packaging since it came from the UK to the US. The customer representative was extremely nice and accommodating. The proof will be when I submit another order and see if the packing is different! Thank you!

Shirts: The look and the design are good. I was disappointed and surprised that they NEED IRONING after washing.

Thank you for helping making my purchase arrive. You guys did a great job correcting the delivery process and I’m glad it all worked out. I got all my items last night. It took a while, but I’m glad I got it so I can use them and enjoy all the products.
One quick question there was one pants. I accidentally ordered two of them instead of one. I don’t want dollars back. I wanna see if I could exchange one of my pants for another one in a different color since I don’t need two of the same thing. If you can, thanks for helping out and we’ll see if we can send the other one back and get a different color. I thought you guys as a whole did a wonderful job fixing a very challenging problem with deliveries across the pond. I’m glad I got my stuff and I’m gonna enjoy it tremendously.

I am still trying to get a an exchange started. My husband's needs the next size.

The suit fits as if it were custom made. All I own is either Gor-tex and denim. This suit makes this rural mountain person look very cityfied. This will do great for a granddaughters wedding in May.

This cowboy has never looked so city-fied. It will fit the occasion for a granddaughter's wedding just perfect.

The ordering and delivery process was great. The real issues of the return process was and is still a great issue that I am currently having. Returning , or trying to return merchandise is a difficult process. On the cite it display a $20 return shipping fee, but when you start the return process it will charge a $30 return processing fee.
There is issues with the link to return the merchandise. After repeated emails about the problem , returning the merchandise is still not resolved. I was not able to use their link to make the charge through my bank.
They keep sending the same instructions that' not working. I only wsnt to return to order the correct size.

I ordered two pair of corduroy pants. These were delivered promptly.
