Most of my dealings were with Renee, who could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. And if ever she was unavailable Jacqueline was very helpful.

We have just completed on our house sale in Ebrington it went smoothly and without problems all the staff where efficient and helpful with any questions,Manager Ellie did some wonderful photographs of the house and garden for the brochure this gave a first class feel and we are sure helped find that buyer.

As a house buyer I felt I was treated with courtesy and professionalism, and received great support during a rather protracted and quite complicated process.

The sale of my mother’s house who had just recently passed away was a very difficult time for me but Matt, Pav and the team were so kind and professional it was much easier than I had thought it would be.
Five stars for communication, from adequate notice of viewings to feedback and then progress of the sale without being nagged, nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
They found lovely purchasers very quickly and the sale went through without any problems.

I changed to Peter Clark after my house had been on the market unsuccessfully with another agent. Within the week I had 4 viewings and an offer over my asking price. Giles made the whole process seemless, supporting me right through to exchange. They provided excellent photographs and some great drone footage. The walk through video also presented the property really well. Communication within the whole office was excellent, all knew who I was and about my property in detail. Estate agents often get criticised for doing little in return for their money. Peter Clarke, on the other hand, did a great deal on my behalf with excellent advice on pricing and marketing the house, to showing the house to selected customers who's stated requirements matched the property, and to dealing with the problems of boiler service and EICR requirements, which as I live abroad made the process much simpler. Overall, a very, very good service at a very reasonable fee.

An excellent, helpful team who have facilitated a smooth procedure. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and they have helped me in a not-so-easy conveyancing -without their calm assistance and reassurance the procedure could have been a nightmare- however, it has been the best experience of estate agents that I have ever experienced -and I have sold/bought many properties in my lifetime.
