I had previously used Darren when we worked at Audi and his attention to detail has never waned so it was good to use Darren again for leasing the VW TROC.

I have had a seamless experience and there was a lot of going back and forth until i was sure about the car i wanted but the agent i worked with Sohaib Ali was super accommodating and prompt at responding and answering any questions i had.

I have had an excellent service from start to finish. This is my first time leasing a car and was unsure what to expect. Simon gave us plenty of information on our first call. It really helped me understand the process and costs. Alison has been great too, very quick responses on email to any questions I have had. Richard delivery my car to me. He took his time to show me around the car and teach me the controls and screen which was really helpful, especially as I have come from a 2007 car and it is all new to me. I have now had our Golf a couple of weeks and I am thrilled with it. Still learning all the controls but very easy to drive. I will happily use Peter Vardy again.

Wanted to deliver car earlier than expected and the car arrived with just 1 key and then asked us to sort the key out when it gets delivered!

Always have great service from the dealership

I arranged my car lease through Peter Vardy Leasing and the initial process was very good. They were very communicative and helpful. I personally felt this changed once the agreement was signed. I was ensured that I would be kept well updated if the estimated date which the vehicle would be ready were to change, but the date slipped a few times and I never received any updates unless I contacted them. It was important for me to be kept up-to-date as I had another car to sell.

Another negative was that the car specification that I was supposed to receive included keyless entry and keyless start, however the car I received has neither or these. I did raise this but never received feedback. Really, if the car has specs missing this should lower the lease price because the lease price is based on a certain spec.

The car was driven 500 miles to deliver to me so the car was delivered pretty dirty outside & in (including Pringles in the foot-well). Not a disaster by any means but not really how I expected to receive it.

So, overall I found Peter Vardy very helpful during the initial process but there were certainly a few failings after that.

The process has been really simple, the team (Alison Malloy) has been able to respond to any queries in quick time. Great customer service managed very well. Thanks.

Exceptional service from the whole of Alison Molloy’s team. They pulled out all the stops to get my much-needed new car to me in record time. They were friendly and helpful and most of all, they did what they said they would do. The whole process was smooth and efficient and the delivery itself was a very good experience all round.

The manufacturer changed my delivery date quite considerably and did not tell me. I contact the team and Alison Molloy and Craig Gemmell worked extremely quickly to find me an alternative vehicle. I took delivery of a new car within a week and I am very grateful for their speed.

Extremely helpful company, Sohaib and Alison were both a pleasure to deal with. Car was in stock and delivered within a week, Ray the delivery driver was also a really helpful guy, assiting with checking over the vehicle and showing the main features.
