Delivery slower than expected
Placed a order on 19Aug, staff informed the product will be picked up by NZ Post at 3pm for overnight delivery. Today is 23Aug, I still have not received it. Not sure if NZ Post does not work during weekend. Hope it will be arriving soon.

Hi Sally, Sorry to hear that the delivery was delayed. The tracking shows that the parcel was picked at 3.06pm on 19th August for overnight delivery. As reported in the news an employee at the NZ Post Auckland Operation Centre returned positive Covid-19 test on 19th August resulting in immediate closure of the site. As a result of the temporary closure and additional safety procedures, the parcels that were collected by NZ Post on 19th were processed over the weekend. The tracking also shows that the parcel was delivered at 9.31am Monday 23rd August. Stay safe and thank you for shopping with us.
