Awful company. Don't waste your money. Bought the premium so 2 dogs could be tested. Only 1 lot of samples can actually be sent. Sent all samples off on 5th October and still no results. Have sent many emails and told results have been sent and check junk mail. I check both inbox and spam box many times and still nothing. Just cannot seem to get anything resolved. Genuine waste of time and money. Strangely enough I got refund and reply only after I left a review. The premium test clearly states 2 pets can be tested. Our dog has both half wet and dry food. We sent off 1 kibble of dry food and 1cm of wet food we where told only kibble or wet food could be tested. Not 2 parts of food. They then claimed testing was on hold until I decided which food to test. The company claim they kept mailing but I never replied. I never replied because no mail was recieved. Strangely enough I only got a reply once I emailed them. I have all the emails sent and none went into the spam box. Saying they sent emails that where not recieved is like saying it got lost in the post. If I had me just wanted 1 item tested I would of said for the cheaper option not the premium which by the way only sends out I sample bag and tube not 2 so no way can 2 dogs be tested. Just a total con to the public. I don't know why but this awful company now seems to be stalking me here on trust pilot. See definite stalking.No I will not removing my review. You lie and mislead the public. Over a month for a test that is supposed to take 72 hours. Test results never arrived until I asked for money back. You claim 2 tests on premium pack but only give 1

You do not know the change this has made to my wonderful dog the Tests have been so successful in helping me with his problems and well worth the money

I was a little sceptical about this test but the results have been absolutely amazing!! My dog has been having so many problems over the past year but everything had gone since we have cut out the intolerances shown in his report! Well worth the money

The test kit and results came back in good time, but not what I expected.

Food that my dog is intolerant to according to the report is nothing that she is eating or has eaten, so we cannot eliminate them from her diet or surroundings. I know that when my dog was eating Fish 4 dogs she itched terribly so we changed her food and she no longer itches, so fish for her is a trigger to itch as we also tried fresh, this didn't come up on the results as a problem for her. Turkey in her food was another that she had a problem with it gave her gas, changed that food and the gas stopped.. now we had the food that she is on tested by this company and nothing in it should give her a problem, but we do have a problem of Diarrhoea and some itching and was hoping to eliminate or help her with this problem.

The company have told me that it is most probably and allergy so this test really didn't help me as according to these results she can have fish and turkey..

back to square one....!

Exceeded expectations. We followed vet advice with our puppy from 6 months old when he started getting sore and itchy, and put him on their recommended food. After 8 weeks of this progressively making him more itchy and sore we decided to look at alternatives. I have to say this is the best £40 I’ve ever spent, well worth the money as we no longer have costly vets bills for steroids and antihistamines. We’ve found a raw diet suits our pup well and the food which the vets recommended he was actually intolerant to hence why he deteriorated!
I know this company can’t test for everything but a lot of what our dog has been tested for has really helped us find food and treats which he can eat without reacting to. I’d recommend this to anyone, as long as you don’t mind waiting a few weeks for the results but a few weeks in my opinion is nothing compared to the discomfort our fur baby had had for months with little help from our vet! The whole process is really easy too, sending off a few strands of hair to be tested and a possible allergen of your choice! If we ever have another pet we will certainly get them tested sooner rather than later as our almost one year old boy has been happy and healthy for the past months following this test! I'd rate lower if I could. They go under PETFOOD INTOLERANCE inc and claim they will test your pet for food allergies... 3 weeks after sending the test back they still have not received it?? LOL. Requested a refund and was told it was complete. 2 weeks later it still had not shown up. Thank god I paid through PayPal... once I opened the claim through them I received the refund the next day. WATCH OUT FOR THIS SCAM!!!

Excellent service and response to emails. Easy test to complete and accurate. Have changed my dogs diets accordingly and she is thriving and a very happy dog now. Her fur has grown back and the scratching has stopped. Cant fault this company the results are amazing. Thank you

Excellent service all round. Test was simple to do and results received within a week. I had already suspected my pup was sensitive to cheese and chicken and the test confirmed this! I also found out he is sensitive to grass and yaks. Definitely worth doing for your pet.

I bought this test after my elderly cat started having regular upset stomachs. The results showed us what we needed to avoid in his diet and since then, has been much, much happier. He has been more spritely, and like his old self since changing his cat food to one that didn't have the identified, 'problem' ingredients. The whole process was really easy and the results received quickly. I had an issue where I had added my home address incorrectly, but customer services were easy to contact and corrected the order. Many thanks from a happy cat and owner.

Very pleased with the service received. Detailed results identifying potential triggers - made several adjustments to her (my pet) diet, and less treats from the table too! what can I say - a much happier lady (and owner!). Her fur is growing back nicely, and is far calmer overall and nearly back to her old self. I can't thank you enough.

This is my second time ive tried to get results.as they never recieved it .so another test was posted to myself which was sent back same day but first class.with still no results .i advise anybody not to throw your money away at this company.

I wish to thank you so very much, the tests kit has been valuable tool in confirming what I had suspected was causing some of my dogs condition. The instruction was easy to follow and results came back quickly with very detailed results. They confirmed my suspicions and pleased to report that he has improved greatly. My vet had been giving steroids, injections etc to no avail so decided to investigate myself online which is how I found your website thankfully. Very happy with the transaction from start to finish. Simple and easy to follow instructions. Happy to pay the reduced price but would be put off by the full price. Test result came back in a timely fashion and very easy to read. We’re not sure if it’s a food sensitivity that is causing our dogs skin problems but the small amount of food they have identified it’s deffo a starting point. Would recommend to someone who’s trying processes of elimination.

I ordered my pet intolerance test just before Christmas and it arrived very quickly. The instructions were clear and it came with a pre-paid returns bag. I posted it back on the 23rd December and the results came back on 6th January - I’d say this is pretty good going, especially as I’d cleverly timed this test with the festive period in the middle of a global pandemic! The results were fairly simple to read, but a couple of things did confuse me - for example, fish oil came up as an intolerance but fish (minus cod and mackerel) is absolutely fine. I’ve taken note of the intolerances marked in red and removed them from her diet (mainly grains and white potato) and she is already feeling so much better and I’m seeing such an improvement in her! I cannot thank you enough, as it was horrendous seeing her so tormented by her food intolerances and not knowing where to begin!
