They have not range me only an email which was not replyed to,so presumably im staying with them .But still no nice phone call as they presumably think im staying. I would like personal contact.

Absolutely do not recommend this company, slow to respond, 5 months to settle claim despite phoning many times and sending emails, this led to us being hassled by vet for payment! 2 lots of excess charged as claim went into a new year! Renewal came through and went from £248.00 to £431.55 a 74% increase! for a claim of £1223.39, we are now looking into changing difficulty being she now has an existing condition. I've filed a complaint and will be contacting the insurance ombudsman, this can't be fair on pet owners, you only need to read previous reviews!

You were most helpful and very competitive

Well I took this insurance for my dog. Was concerned a bit because some of the reviews at first but I gave it a go. So I was covered for first year - no claims all good. Renewal came and the price went few quid down! Happy with it 😊. Unfortunately something happened and my dog got sick. I spent around £500. I made a claim. Got all my money back minus excess fee (150). Seems fair and according to the contract. I will see how this will affect renewal price and I will update you guys. Hope it is not going to go significantly up… 🤞🏻

Increased premium 21%!!. Too high compared to the market. No willingness to reduce at all to try and keep customers. Went elsewhere and got better coverage for less. Shop around.

I feel I had to wait a long time to have a claim I made paid out ,3 months was the waiting time .

Our renewal payment didn’t go through as the card has expired, the renewal was still processed and we were given plenty of notice to make the payment to ensure the policy wasn’t cancelled. The phone call to make the payment was very quick and straightforward and the call handle very pleasant and friendly.

Was very easy to renew our pet policy. And a quick phone call to ask for a paper form schedule , was dealt with very effectively and arrived within a couple of days .

Huge increase on the DD this year! Contacted the company very unhelpful. Also very slow response paying back after submitting a claim up to ;4 months.
They did pay out for removal of one of dogs teeth but it took ages and caused us financial problems.
