I wish i could give them 10 stars or more. I had cancelled my renewal but one of their employees has been trying to get in touch with me and today I spoke to her. I was amazed to hear that unbeknown to me, I had been paying for 2 policies by mistake, so the lady not only refunded me over £100, but also cut my renewal price drastically. An amazing lady and I'm blown away by the honesty of the business. How many companies would have just pocketed the money. I am blown away by the service and sincerity of Only Paws and cannot rate them high enough. Exceptional service, friendly staff who you can understand and Staff that go out of their way to ensure the customer comes first. The best organisation I have ever had the pleasure to deal with.

My cat Coco became very unwell on bank holiday Monday and we had to rush him to the vet’s, he had major surgery but unfortunately a week after surgery he passed away, only paws have been really good and have paid out on the insurance quickly, the portal is really good and easy to use, i also had a phone call and the lady was very empathetic and explained what i needed to do. We are thinking about another cat in the future and will definitely be insuring with only paws again.

With my second claim for a blood test, consultation and medicine I was confused how to claim as I had a £200 excess in the new policy year. However a call back from Jamie was so helpful and my claim was successful.

Fast claim payout.
Because my dog was seen at two different veterinary practices, I had to fill in two claim forms ,which was tedious as I could have just stated this on one claim form and sent receipts.

I have insured our pet cat for a couple of years now. We have recently needed to make a claim and the process was easy and fuss-free. I submitted the claim online and within a few working days, I received an e-mail saying the claim had been processed and the money due would be paid into my bank account within 3 - 5 working days. It couldn't have been easier - thank you!

We had a dog who became acutely distressed at 8.30pm. Her abdomen was rigid and we worried about bloat. We contacted an out of hours serice who asked us to attend promptly. We did. By the time we got there she was more settled and on examination her abdomen was improved - so we agreed to wait and see. £300 later!
Discussed with own vet next day. She was back to normal - so no additional treatment required.
Insurance claim. Rejected as she did not have a life threatening condition and we hadn't attended our normal vet.
Since then they are being more and more obtuse. It seems that, if you suspect bloat but it isn't, this insurance company will not cover out of hours expenses.
Not surprising but always disappointing when a company that shows promise starts to quote their fine print!
In the middle of appealing but expect we'll be moving on unless they develop some objectiveity and compassion.
