Your website isn't all that user friendly. Trying to cancel a subscription isn't helpful. I have yet to hear back regarding the cancellation of Flea Shield. My dog wouldn't eat it in her food, let alone by itself.

I feel like we are going in circles. Customer service Has been unable to resolve my issue, which seems straightforward but every response I get still misunderstands the issue.
I have a standing order for two bottles of Immune Guard. The most recent order I received only one bottle and was only charged for one bottle. I was not overcharged. I just want to buy the missing bottle so that my pet can stay on the regimen.
I threw away the packing slip so I cannot provide a photo.
The only resolution I am asking for is to purchase the one missing bottle. You don’t need to send me anything for free. The error is not monetary. I just want to purchase one bottle without messing up my standing subscription.
For some reason, I can’t seem to do that through customer service.

My Dog won't eat these chews
My Dog won't eat these chews. Neither will my chow hound will consume anything. Took forever for them to arrive, took 11 days from ordering to receiving. Felt like an eternity to wait, as I wanted to start helping my dog with lumps immediately. Now that the chews are here, my dog refuses to eat them. Sad. Received my order yesterday & emailed the company last night about returning the 2 products I purchased. Fingers cross they get back to me promptly. I will update this review once the return process has been completed. One Star for the product. I'm surprised that even my chow hound who will eat anything in her path, spit these out.
