Great ethics, small business, innovative products. What’s not to love?

Brilliant bags, using waste from an industry many wouldn’t even think about. I also love how much you put into educating people about the falsehoods of compostable plastic in poo bags.

Very happy with these bags and the excellent personal customer service. The bags are strong, no compromise in quality & it’s good to know by using them we’re keeping the local environment clean and helping the ocean. Well done Alice & Gavin.

After carelessly breaking a bowl that had been given as a gift I contacted this company hoping for a replacement. The item was now being discontinued, but they found an odd one and sent it to me for only the postage cost.
The response was quick, and excellent. I recommend companies when their products are good but REALLY recommend those customer care is good should you have a problem. No hesitation recommending Pet Impact

What a fabulous company that really does stand by the ethical values it preaches. The owners are wonderful humans who genuinely care about your pets… and the planet so that future generations of pets have a safe world to live in. They demonstrate compassion for others in the PetImpact community they have created by sending out personal responses to any marketing questions and they encourage pet owners to talk about and share their experiences of pet ownership. Their sales and marketing is clear and easy to follow with touches of their obvious sense of humour sprinkled in. I am a repeat customer, I’ve purchased treats, poo bags, reusable pee pads, water and food bowls. All made with sustainability in mind, delivered promptly in fully recyclable packaging. Honestly I can’t say enough about the quality of service and care from this company… I wish that all business was conducted in this manner!! They also encourage you to only purchase what you need, no waste, no fancy items that you won’t use or your pet won’t appreciate.

I am very pleased with all our purchases from Pet Impact - these include the nice poo bags, treats and a cross-body bag for carrying these easily, which I use some of the time. The ethos of Pet Impact pleases me and the explanation about using oyster shells feels more sustainable than compostable bags that won’t be composted. In use the bags are nice to use, with tie handles and are a good blue (not see-through).

I must say I admire the work that this lovely young couple are doing to make a positive impact on our failing ecosystem, well done you. Everyone who wants to make a difference to our planet should consider buying their products they are affordable and of high quality. I would recommend the reusable puppy training pads they are brilliant, why buy disposable pads just to bin them and add to landfill. Also the poo bags which are lovely and strong and made from oyster shells so genuinely recyclable - such a clever idea.
I wish you and your company a very successful 2024 you truly deserve it.

Finally! Have been bothered by pseudo eco options especially around things design to go straight to waste - hopefully this can expand to further uses as it seems the best solution I’ve seen so far, keep up the good work!

Plastic negative poo bags, can’t be wrong. Love the mix and match treat boxes as well.

Great goods and very good service. I have bought reusable protection pads for dogs on several occasions from Pet Impact because they are so easy to use with my old dog having little accidents on the floor.
Couldn't manage without them now.

Previously people thought, oh I’ll buy biodegradable poo bags, but if you don’t have a compost heap they’re just going to landfill. Pet Impact bags are made with recycled plastic so they’re actually taking plastic out of our oceans, they’re strong and I would definitely recommend

It is important to me to make sustainable choices where I can and this product makes that possible. I have been using these bags for 6 months and am very happy. They tie off which is my preference and can cope with the large dog poops that I have to collect.

Great poo bags. Easy to open and love that they have a low impact on the planet. I also love my dog walking bag but unfortunately so did my dogs and they’ve chewed the treat bit so hoping to buy another soon!

Best poo bags I’ve used (and I’ve used a lot). Bought them for green reasons and was amazed at the quality I won’t be trying any others now I’ve found the best.

Absolutely amazing service. The slow feeder enrichment bowl has been an absolute game changer for our dog who inhales food in seconds. It’s taken me a long time looking for a product that isn’t made of toxic materials, so I’m really pleased I found this brand.
I would definitely be coming back for more products.
