Great products and excellent customer service. I purchased dog bowls and treats, the dog bowls with the mats are brilliant. The treats are also excellent. I had an issue with a discount code so messaged for help, response was really quick and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this company.

My three mini Dachshunds love the treats that they get from pet impact. They are a high quality and the fact you can custom build your box of treats to suit your furry friends is great - if you have fussy boys like mine. Would highly recommend

I have purchased various products from Pet Impact as I appreciate their values and ethos and can honestly say that everything received has been excellent quality . My dogs have throughly enjoyed natural chew treats and I am using the bamboo slow feeder for my labrador which has slowed down her eating tremendously. The dog walking bag is great too, good quality fabric with lots of pockets and zips for treats and poo bags! Well done Pet impact for working hard to make a difference!

Pet Impact is run by two vets who really understand what is important and want to do the best for your pets. They even created a special treat box at Christmas for our two dogs. Because they're so keen to get it right, they recently gave away some poo bags they weren't entirely happy with (we thought that with a small tweak they'd be excellent). They take a genuine interest in their customers and what we have to say and how our pets are enjoying their products.

Absolutely love this company and their products. Their emails and updates are actually interesting and useful to dog owners and not just constantly trying to sell you things you don’t need. They care about the environment and understand the needs of owners making practical products whilst environmentally friendly. We also love that they keep up to date with changes about what isn’t and isn’t eco friendly e.g. recent email about Compostable poo bags.

I love all the products, the pee pads are absolutely brilliant, I currently have 7 puppies in the house and the pads have been a godsend so much that all the pups will be leaving me with a box.
My four older dogs adore the treats, so much so that the moment I open the door to the treat cupboard, which I have had to move to a high cupboard as my spaniels worked out how to open the door and devour the contents, they heAr it open and all come running and sit without being asked!
I truly love this company and I am sure I will be using them for many years

Really good pee pads. Absorbent & wash well. The X-Large ones are excellent for a bigger puppy. I expect we will also use them when our big shaggy dog gets into camper van after a trip to the beach.

Amazing company, their products are so brilliant (especially their collars and treats) and they are extremely proactive in trying to make any improvements needed to their products. They do research behind each product and are open books when it comes to honesty and transparency. The costs are reasonable and the items are all of high quality. I love this company, I will be buying from them regularly in the future.

Pet impact are a fab company that make you and your pet feel looked after individually. They are ethical and have some great products . My dog Lenny is wearing a lovely hemp collar , loves the dog treats and I like to buy the ethical poo bags for him too !

My dog loved the natural fish treats and looks just gorgeous in her new hemp and cork collar.
I am very happy to use the biodegradable poo bags - loads in a box!

Love getting goods for my dogs from pet impact! We have had a number of things from them including; slow feeder bowls and the rope toys - my dogs loves them.. particularly the toys. The bowls are super useful, especially if you have greedy dogs, that like to chomp down their food like it’s going out of fashion.

Would highly recommend pet impact. Products are always such good quality, and the service is always impeccable.

Pet Impact sounded like a really fab company to try and use and reduce my dogs environmental footprint so I gave them a go. It hasn't disappointed !! Their products are exactly what they say on the tin...well box (we have bought a few now) and my doggo loves them all!
The chew boxes are so delicious you can see her dribbling as soon as they arrive.
Ordering is always simple and they're delivered super fast. Never had any problems with any orders either. We will certainly be sticking with them for all of our goodies in the future.

The dog nappies were a godsend too at season time! Saved our sofas and seemed really comfy for the dog, not a single leak for 4 weeks!!. Really highly recommend.

My dogs love their Pet Impact box, it has delicious treats that are natural and therefore healthy for my girls. The box comes personalised for the dogs, and there is a great selection. I highly recommend these boxes.
