Disappointing customer service
Purchased a dress after this company being recommended - 10 days later no parcel & no despatch email - emailed to ask if it was on way, no reply, sent a nice message on Instagram just to ask if anyone had got my email and if I could expect my parcel anytime soon, I received a reply apologising to say it hadn’t been sent but not sure why and it would be looked into after the bank holiday - great, Fair enough, never heard anything after the bank holiday but Instagram stories were still being posted with new stock and offers so messaged a further twice, still being polite just asking if someone could let me know what was happening and received a very blunt and rude reply saying they would send a refund, no explanation nothing. Customer service not great.

Have ordered from petit amours many times it my favourite shop to buy from and my go to for any outfits for my daughter and now my baby boy due in July. Fast delivery and customer service is brilliant! If you have any queries they come back to you so quick! Couldn't recommend enough! The best clothes.

As discussed by email, the item was as described, the true full fabric composition of the product is stated on the website.
We cannot refund hugely discounted Black Friday orders due to being a small business and not having huge stock levels.
Your credit note is valid for 6 months. We hope you find something to replace your tracksuit in that time.
