Very helpful team
When I received my order the item was too small and I needed a larger size. I sent an email to let them know I was returning my item for an exchange of a bigger size and had a lovely reply from a lady called Charity who was extremely helpful by removing the stock from the website for me.

Purchased a wedoble blue knit cardigan jacket £65 for my son for Christmas 2022 arrived quickly. Looked beautiful and fur lined so soft my son wore it once and washed it like the wash tag instructed. And came away in multiple places. I WhatsApp the company with pictures etc and said they would get in touch with wedoble. Messaged a few more times and said they hadn't been InTouch. And never heard from them again sadly. I binned the jacket as it couldn't be sewing together. Purchased many pieces from this brand and it hadn't happen before. First time from this boutique.
