They do not even deserve 1 star!
They sent me the wrong item, two times!
Both times, they sent me something that isn't even on their website. Boxes were cracked open and spilled out.
I did not get what I payed for, so I wanted full refunds. But they only wanted to give me small percentages back. And when they did me wrong for the second time, they stopped answering me!

Nonresponsive when trying to return the…

Nonresponsive when trying to return the unopened item. Obviously AI with no option to speak with a CSR. I left vms at listed ph#, utilized the AI Bot, completed a RA form online. 15 day limitation to return item for refund. I ended up shipping it back (without the RA) to stay within 15 days. I will request a reverse charge on my CC once their receipt is confirmed. I do not recommend using Petocart.

Misrepresentation of product!

Misrepresentation of product!! Photo shows 7 lb bag and when you order, it auto switches to the 3.5 lb bag for a higher price than if you order directly from Amazon. No one answers the phone, emails and chats go unanswered!! Total rip off!! They sent an “Amazon “ tracking number that says there is no order. Stay away from these scammers as well as the shop app !!!

Terrible!! DO NOT SHOP HERE !

Terrible!!! Shipped wrong item displayed. Impossible to get by phone or any email response regarding a fair return and credit!! So frustrating. Do not buy anything from these people.
PS came in Amazon box but Amazon will not honor a return or refund through them and no response to VM or emails from these Texas people. I have to think scammers!!!! ?????

Great customer service.

Was a little worried after reading some reviews that this was a scam website, but absolutely not. After emailing the company a couple of times, I received an email back assuring me that my order was on its way. I received it within a couple of weeks. Will definitely order from them again.

I ordered some rodent treats from them

I ordered some rodent treats from them, shipping cost was cheap, my order was shipped within one day, tracking number provided,shipping cost is very reasonable, I just checked it's tracking and it should be with me in around 1 week, (total time for delivery was approximately 3 weeks) from USA to Australia, only drawback is they don't have PayPal, but highly recommended still.

Everything went well

I ordered cat food from Petocart. It came when promised, as promised. The product was what I ordered and the expiration dates were in the future. I had no issues. I’m glad I didn’t listen to the horrible reviews. My experience with them was just fine.

Package never came, reached out to customer service requesting refund or redelivery and had to reach out to USPS for claim and ultimately got nowhere. Feel like I'm in limbo waiting on the update from them. I spent 50 bucks and haven't received my item

I was happy to see that you sold the extra large Hartz chew and clean . I was going to order more but the price got really high from the last time I ordered . As much as I love my dog I am really unable to afford the price you are now charging.

I have ordered twice

I have ordered twice. Once for three items. One item was received via Amazon. The other 2 they refunded my money.cI then ordered again for two items. Within a week I had my items delivered once again from Amazon. Iam mot sure how they work with Amazon but in my area the items weren't available but obviously available in others. Both orders were below $35. I had no issues with this company. I did not have to correspond with company.

awesome overall !

Ordering process and delivery was awesome. Product offered and price were better then anything else I could find elsewhere. I have yet to use the product ( pesticide for ticks) as it is still too cold but I have no reason to doubt it will perform as advertised

Petocart dog products

I purchased a product for my dog. I was worried about the fact that I am living in Ireland and they are based in the USA. I was worried about whether or not this is a legitimate business. So I contacted them through Messenger. They replied and sent me the tracking number and details. I was able to follow the packaged throught the whole journey. They sent me a few other messages and kept in contact with me until my package arrived. Also the package arrived ahead of the suggested arrival date.
The product arrived in perfect condition.
I will be doing further business with this company.
I was not asked to write a review, which is very refreshing. I normally do not write reviews, however I felt this company deserved a good review.

The other toys have held up nicely.

What I dislike is the clips that lock the doors shut on the bottom always go to the lock position when the dogs go through it, preventing the doors from closing tightly. And the top corener plastic clips that hold the sliding outer door are plastic, and brake easily. As does the pieces that are attached to the frame They need to be made out of metal not plastic.
