Would give negative stars if possible

I bought a tux according to the sizing guide listed (no measurements listed on site). It arrived way too small. I contacted then and was informed of their 25% restocking fee. They said it was my fault since they sent the size I ordered. I said no way to paying he stocking fee. After multiple emails (don't try calling. Someone with a very heavy Asian accent asked me to call back in 2 hours) they agreed to the full refund. Fast forward 5 weeks ans I have still not gotten a refund and contact them again and I'm told I will get it monday. Fast forward 2 more ml weeks and I still don't have it. I contact again and am informed that I'll be gettin the refund less the 25% restocking fee. I would strongly caution anyone from using this company despite their cheap prices. I believe in a good deal, but in this case, you get what you pay for

Edit after their reply: please not that they have added a reply nearly TWO YEARS after I posted this review originally. Do not buy from this company
