Fantastic customer service, i had an issue with a product i purchased from PaWz. They were very helpful and tried to troubleshoot the problem. When this was unsuccessful, they offered a full refund or a replacement of the product. I was so happy with the service i decided i would go with the product. It arrived within the week. I am very happy with the product (automatic cat litter box) and like i said the customer service is second to none.

Although I chose to go with another brand of automated litter box , Paws were quick with their response to my emails and refunded my money in a timely fashion. 5 stars for customer service !

Automatic litter box works great. Really nice to have when going away. Chelsea in customer service responded quickly and helped me setup as I was having issues.

My two labs love this bed it fits them both and they are very happy pups

No shipping for over three weeks with multiple emails with no response. Finally shipped with no tracking info then it arrives and wifi doesn’t work properly

Wow what a machine. I bought wifi model (cannot connect to wifi yet - they are issues my end)
I had difficulties setting it up as to where things went. I sent an email for further guidance and my email was responded within a matter of minutes. After some trouble shooting emails back and forth (all again within minutes) it is now working how it should Phew. The customer service from Chelsea was absolutely outstanding

I ordered orthopedic dog bed for my second dog as well.It turned out somehow it lost in the "air"....
I had enquiry about the purchased item ,the company made some " dig in" then quickly solved my issue.
I am very happy for the support and the quick response.
In the future I will shop from the Petpawz company.

Had purchased a product 8 months ago which had already been replaced once but now has failed again. The service I received from Chelsea was nothing short of exemplary. Prompt efficient and understanding. The fault with the product is not of their making but they take full responsibility for its malfunction. Pity other customer service organizations are nowhere near this standard. How do you spell Jetstar again?

I received my order & loved it, but was experiencing problems with the item.
I contacted the team at Pawz and they were great.
We ran through trouble shooting, but the item was faulty. I was straight away told I could opt for replacement or refund. I opted for a refund at it was processed immediately.
I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Ordered a couple of items, which turned out not as I expected. However, I was offered full refund on items. Customer service was great, fast and efficient, so overall I am very happy with the outcome. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase more items when required.

Contacted them with an issue with a product I purchased and were very quick and happy to provide a replacement.

I ordered the large durable bed for my dog, the outside fun of the bed is great & really supportive. The actual cushion that they lie on, not at all. There isn’t enough stuffing in it, it really does need a lot more to make it comfortable for long sleeps or rest time. It doesn’t cushion them or provide enough support to their bodies when they lie in it. You also need to make it bigger to fit the whole space.
Chelsea who I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful in getting everything sorted & although I am not happy with the bed, she took on board my feedback & was amazing. Thank you so much.

I bought a round calming bed for my puppy but havent used it yet - but looks super comfy. Just a bit concerned about a couple of feedback comments re. surround not removable for washing (I expected the whole bed cover to be removable so thats a bit disappointing) and that the cushion split. Will just have to see how I go. Also the order took a long time to arrive. Received part of the order but the bed took too long so I had to buy another one. I have ordered other items from your competitors and they were much faster with delivery.

Arrived quickly. Easy to set up. My toy poodle was using it within minutes (with help of treats). I put a piece of mat anti slip under legs as it’s on tiles. Doesn’t move at all. Absolutely love it.

I loved the automatic kitty litter tray I purchased, however I did experience a fault with it. I contacted the support team and they responded promptly to help me troubleshoot the issue, without any trouble, when that didn’t work, I was offered a refund or to get a new litter box sent out.
I really appreciated the service and prompt responses I got today, Nothing seemed like too much trouble.

It was my second time ordering and only one package came, I sent an email to the service centre and got a reply within minutes, super friendly and helpful, highly recommend this company!

We bought this bed to put in our rv. It fits neatly at the base of our bed. It’s thick enough to cover the cold floor and it’s comfortable and warm for our fur baby Luigi.
