Problems with a cat tree resolved without any hassle

Automatic cat litter box…
I purchased an automatic cat litter box - amazing product, which became faulty. Exceptional customer service, giving prompt advice on resetting the machine and testing. The item is now deemed faulty and a new one has been dispatched to us. Would definitely buy from PaWz again.

I have been getting some issues with deep cleaning the unit as the rake was not docking for release
I have been getting some issues with the Smart Litter Box not fully functioning. After several emails from Pawz and videos from me of the problems encounted, Chelsea from Pawz arranged for a replacement unit to be posted.
I have been really impressed with the quick response and the support service from Pawz.

Chelsea was great. The automatic litter box wasn’t working, so she sent me some steps to follow to troubleshoot. When they didn’t work, she said she’d send a replacement. Great customer service!

Great experience!
I had some issues with the electronic cat cleaner, a machine malfunction. And I emailed the company and they assisted me through trying to re set and everything that needed to be done. Once that didn't work they agreed for me to send it back on there expense to review. Once I sent it off and they received it they quickly reviewed and confirmed that it malfunctioned and has sent me a new one free of charge. I am very happy with this outcome and they were very quick and proficient in helping. Waiting a few hours a email and they replied to each email quickly and reviewed the machine with two days of receiving it.

Fantastic Customer Service
What a wonderful customer service PAWz has.
I am so grateful with their prompt service in getting back to me with the trouble I am having with my automatic litter pod. Sending me step by step tips to correct my issues, requesting videos of what's not happening and while doing their tips to get it reset, then discovering I have a faulty machine. They then offered me either a refund or new machine which I chose.
