PaWz auto cat litter unit
I recently purchased the PaWz auto cat litter unit. Love it. However, it had a problem, the rake got stuck on the door. Eventually I sent an email to PaWz for help. Chelsea responded and after trying 2 different things it now works again. Thankyou for your help

Replacement cover
I emailed Pawz to ask if they made a replacement cover for the XL dog bed because my dog had scratched a hole in just the cover. They said they didn't but would send me a replacement cover free of charge. I was blown away. How lovely! Thank you so much Pawz!

We ordered and received a pet sofa for our old dog Yazzy. She loves it! I love that you can remove and wash the cover. Saves our bedroom from smelling like a dog 🤣
The cover did start to come apart at the stitching underneath but with one email and a response almost straight away we have a replacement coming! Great service and great Pet bed 😍

Petpawz doggy mat
I bought petpawz doggy mat. It is big and comfy for 2 large dogs. It goes on like a thicker carpet so nice for the lounge area. Only complaint is it makes a plastic sound when the pooches step on it. Otherwise I am a happy mummy!!

Our experience with the paWz team has been absolutely great.
