You won’t find a better pen for your pet! I’ve had mine two years, I recently relocated to Australia and the PetPen had to come with us! It remains in great condition, very durable and easy to clean.
The customer service is also brilliant! Couldn’t recommend more!

Can't recommend a Petpen enough! It looks great, stays looking as new as day one, supaw easy to clean, can be assembled to fit different ways (even with roof off) and most importantly my dog loves it and will happily spend hours snuggled up in there. I love the way the door magnetically clips on and off completely so there's no door swung out in the way all the time. The product flat packs down again in minutes which was great for moving home & for when we stayed somewhere else for a few days. Hayley is very helpful and answers all queries straight away. The product arrived quickly in protective packaging and with a great guide to set the Petpen up in minutes.

Amazing design and company.
We first seen the petpen on gogglebox and decided that’s what we needed for our new puppy arriving.
From ordering to delivery and aftercare nothing was a problem at all.
The pen is fantastic and so easy to put together. The best thing about the pen is you can flat pack it for travelling making sure your pup has their safe space wherever you go.
Not only did we get one we got another pup and knew another pen was incoming.. As nothing else comes close to this design.
We travelled many times with our 2 boys and both pens…
The pens also travelled all the way to Gibraltar courtesy of British airways.
Once folded down they went as excess luggage.
Once you own a petpen you will never look back.

Having used a metal crate for my first dog, I quickly realised how much I disliked them (and my dog wasn’t keen either!). They look awful, take up so much room and are virtually impossible to clean. A family member already had a PetPen and recommended it to me and I can honestly say it’s the best purchase I have made for my two little dogs; they absolutely love it. The fact that they go in there of their own accord during the day to chill and are so happy and safe in there makes it an instant winner in my book. Plus it’s SO easy to clean and it isn’t an eyesore in the house either, unlike a metal crate.
Ordering was so easy too. I spoke to Hayley about the sort of size I would need for my dogs and we went for a small one in the end and she also recommended some beds that would fit nicely in the base for them. I was kept up to date with all delivery info and the whole process was seamless. I have no hesitation in recommending PetPen. Fantastic product!

We were looking for an alternative to the normal metal crates as they look so aggressive and found PetPen.

The team were so helpful and everything was as described plus their aftercare was fantastic as they checked in to see how our dogs had settled in.

The way it’s constructed makes it so easy to clean and put away. We also used it with our dogs in our motorhome and on days out.

Great product, great service and continue to recommend to anyone who is after something similar!

I reached out to Hayley a few years ago to order our first petpen. It was so great I followed that up with a further purchase when another two pups joined the family! The whole process of ordering was seamless, and the option to have an etching on the petpen made it truly unique. The assembly of the petpens was every bit as easy as Hayley said it would be. The petpens are not only wonderful, cosy spaces for the dogs but are often complimented by those visiting the house. The design fits in perfectly with my decor, something a standard crate just would not have been able to do. All in all a great purchase that has created a very special, luxurious space for my dogs!

We absolutely love our PetPen and have no regrets about buying it! We bought it when our staffie dog was a puppy and she loved it from day one. The size has been perfect for her and now filly grown, she still has loads of room, including the height. She loves to sleep in there ant night also likes to be able to watch us through the clear side when she is resting during the day. It is so quick and easy to take down and put together again so when we visit friends and family, we take the PetPen with us so we have a safe and secure place for her to sleep and relax. We also put her in there during our meal times. The PetPen will be her bed for her life and when one day we get another dog, we would definitely buy another one as the investment has been so worth it. We also really love how it looks. Traditional wire cages look awful but the PetPen blends in so well wherever we put it in our house and we get lots of compliments on it.

I purchased this for my Hungarian Viszla pup, Mitch! He loved his crate and used it from the day we brought him home at 8 weeks to just short of 2 years of age! Definitely worth the money and great personal customer service!

I cannot recommend Pet Pen enough. We didn’t have the best experience crate training our puppy with a wire crate, and so we were so happy to come across Pet Pen. As soon as we got it, our puppy was much more comfortable in it, and several years later he still loves his Pet Pen. We call it his little house, and he takes himself off for naps. An added bonus is that it looks so much nicer in the home vs a wire one. I also cannot fault the customer service, they were so helpful with any questions I had about sizing etc.

I would definitely get another one in the future if we got another dog.

We purchased our pet pen for our multi poo Bruno because it looks so much better than having a cage in your room, it’s easy to clean and easy to take apart and take with you on camping trips ect so Bruno always has his safe place where ever we go 🐾

Before I’d even found and brought home my French bulldog puppy. I was researching and looking at what things I would need to buy in preparation for becoming a first time, dog owner. When It came to looking for a crate, not only for training purposes but for a bedroom-type place for my boy to have throughout his whole life, I spent too much time on trying to find a crate that would be suitable and go with my furniture but with every single crate that I looked at, even with the ones that are more like furniture, I just didn’t and still don’t like the look of bars, so when I first saw a Petpen while watching a dog trainers video on Facebook, I just knew that I had to have one because there was nothing else like it and even after having one for over 2 years now, I’ve yet to see anything better. Customer service is honestly amazing with these guys. From ordering and receiving to assembling once out of the box, the whole process couldn’t be more easier! Don’t hesitate to purchase if you’re thinking about possibly getting one for your furry friend. My dog absolutely loves his medium sized Petpen and I know he will for years to come. Thank you to all at Petpen!!!!!

I’ve got nothing but great things to say about their service and product. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed using my PetPen for a few years now, and still love the look of it!

We purchased our small white PetPen in June 2023 for the imminent arrival of our new puppy chihuahua. The communication and speed of delivery was excellent and the quality of the pen is also fantastic. It’s simplistic design fits in so well with my decor and both of my dogs now absolutely love this as the Perspex allows them to observe but feel secure. It has helped us to train our puppy, but has also now become a safe haven for both him and his 10 year old chihuahua brother too. If we go out, we leave the pen door open so they can roam freely, but we often find them both snuggled up inside. It is definitely their safe space and I wouldn’t be without it now! Thanks so much for a brilliant hub for my two boys.

Amazing!! Such good quality, I wanted to find something that looked less cage like but that was still safe and secure for my dog. The first night my dog adapted straight away and loves it more than she did her cage! She’ll happily go off in there through the day to chill out. Such a good purchase and I’d definitely recommend!

I bought a pet pen for my very anxious staffie Ronnie who is scared of fireworks and is generally anxious. When it arrived I was so pleased with the way it looks it’s not ugly looking and goes with any decor in any room. The added bonus is it was so easy to assemble. I was planning to only use ot for firework time then put it away again till next year but Ronnie loves it so much that it’s now where ge chooses to go if he wants to chill out so it has stayed up ever since and we get so many compliments about it. If you’re looking for a crate for your dog you need one of these….

We brought a petpen for our chihuahuas for a safe space whilst we are out, they choose to be in there instead of on our knee they really love it and it’s the best decision we’ve made buying it. Delivery was fast and putting it together was so easy too, we even took it on our glamping trip!

I absolutely love the PetPen sleeping crate for my dog Peggy! She can't get enough of it and always goes straight to her cozy spot whenever it's time to rest. The design is fantastic – it's sturdy, spacious, and provides plenty of ventilation for her to stay comfortable.

Assembling the PetPen was a breeze – it only took a few minutes and required no tools at all. I appreciate how easy it was to set up and how well-made the materials are. I feel confident that Peggy is safe and secure in her new sleeping crate. I highly recommend the PetPen to any pet owner looking for a high-quality and stylish crate for their furry friend.

I would highly recommend PetPen for anyone looking for a safe pen for their furbaby. We got ours when we brought our pup home and even after all this time it’s still her ‘safe space’ and go to place. If you are considering purchasing one, go for you it, you won’t regret it!!!
