I ordered the Chew Brush but unfortunately, my Golden Retriever, Archie, broke it with his aggressive chewing! I contacted Alex who immediately offered to send me out a different Toothbrush that was guaranteed not to break. That brush arrived and Archie loves it. He is also able to use the first brush without the cover and this seems to work as well. His teeth are definitely cleaner and his breath is sweet!

Great customer care...Bought the Dog Bone for Teeth cleaning and Victor adored it!!! OMG a dream with his favourite toothpaste on it! But he is a very big 36.6kg dog and broke it.. Did I heed the 5 minuets chew advice?Alex replaced with a tougher wheel shaped one and so far so good! Great service and support.Highly recommend!

I purchased two of the chews and unfortunately my small Cavalier King Charles dogs could not fit them in their mouths to chew properly and benefit from them.
I emailed Alex to let him know and got a response almost immediately even though I contacted him at the weekend.
Alex was helpful in suggesting another type of chew but that would also have proved difficult for my dogs to hold and chew.
Alex arranged a full refund and was very polite.
The product itself was well made and I could see how a more suited dog would enjoy and benefit from it. If there was ever a smaller alternative I would order it.
I wish all online businesses were as efficient and customer focused as PetPoochie.

I bought the PoochChew and unfortunately as I have a very small dog, it didn't fit it. I had explained this to the business and they immediately refunded my money. This is not to say that it is not a good product because now having seen it, it's very useful and it is just unfortunate that it doesn't fit my dog. If in future smaller sizes are available, I will definitely be purchasing it again.

This is the first time I have bought from Pet Poochie. Sadly the product I chose wasn't suitable for the dogs I know, but, having let Alex know about the problems, he dealt with them immediately and refunded all of my expenditure. I am very impressed with the honesty and efficiency of the company and would definitely use Pet Poochie again.

Purchased the dog toothbrush however it did not suit my huskies needs. Emailed company and Alex responded and provided a refund as promised with the 60 day cash back guarantee. This was done very quickly and could not fault customer service. Only 4 stars as disappointing that the product did not work and was not ‘indestructible’ this will not stop me from using the company again.

Petpoochie went above and beyond to help out. Having a problem with receiving my order, Petpoochie investigated the despatch info and sent a replacement order out to me. The indestructible toy has been enthusiastically investigated by our very keen pooch and loves it. We need to get bigger treats to put in it, but I am sure it will be a favourite toy.

What makes this company great is their wonderful customer care. It is second to none. I ordered a dental chew for my little Border Terrier who loves chewing. She decided to chew the ends of it rather than the actual chew section and it didn't take long to really damage the chew to such an extent that I took it away, feeling it to be unsafe. I contacted Petpoochie and I received not only the refund for the chew but also the postage. Thank you Petpoochie.

There was a delay with my order so I emailed Pet poochie to find out where it was. I had a response straight away which was very helpful and so the customer service is excellent. I definitely recommend buying products from this company, they really care about your dog's health and wellbeing. Will definitely be ordering more products again soon.

I can't fault the customer service of this company, hence the 5* I bought the dental chew but unfortunately my dog (xborder terrier) didn't use it as intended , instead stood it up, chewed and splintered it so I had to take it off him. However, I contacted the company who quickly responded and offered me a refund or something else to the same value. I opted for the squirrel toy, which arrived soon after. Its's a nice toy, Billy loved this and it kept him (along with me and my daughter) entertained for a couple of hours. Unfortunately the little devil loved it a bit too much and one by one the little squirrels ended up in the bin. Putting this one down to my bad toy choice for an aggressive chewer.

I purchased a dental chew toy from pet poochie...it arrived but unfortunately my dog looked at it and was totally uninterested. Must be the poodle in him!!

I contacted pet poochie via the web site and asked for a refund. The item was unused and in the same packaging.

The return collection from my house was organised very efficiently with excellent communication from Alex, the owner. Thank you.

This might be a strange review, as, although one of the dental chews we bought didn't last as we thought it should have done (in a young Lab's dental grip), Alex's customer service was wonderful and he responded quickly with a good choice of solutions. As a result the 'chewed-up chew' plus unopened second chew have just been collected and I shall be visiting the PetPoochie site again to purchase other things and support their young business. Top team!
