This company are a breath of fresh air with customer service. I ordered a couple of products and had an issue with one of them. I contacted the company and had a very speedy response with a resolution. Would use again!

Bought this item for my springer spaniel to help with dental hygiene…. I had high hopes for it and plastered his toothpaste around it… it started off extremely well however within a few minutes he started to gag…. On checking the poochichew it had started to splinter and bits of plastic coming away. Considering he’s a spaniel with low bite pressure the breakdown of the item so quickly concerned me…

The principal of it and what it sets out to achieve is great.
The construction however is dangerous so avoid like the plague
Very disappointed but luckily I removed it before it caused significant issues at least my loss is only financial and not the furry kid

On a positive note the owner of the company Alex once aware of the circumstances took immediate action to rectify my issues

I bought the teeth cleaning toy for my Springer. Unfortunately he managed to chew through it within the first 15 minutes. I contacted Alex to explain what happened and I received a response immediately. Alex was very understanding and offered to replace the item with something else from the website. I was happy to accept this and ordered the giggle toy and the organic toothpaste. I have received both items. I can only praise the customer service provided. I’m sure the tooth chew works really well. It just didn’t suit my dog. He loves playing with the giggle toy. It’s very robust. I would certainly recommend it and will definitely use Pet Poochie again.

Quality dog products and great customer service

Customer Service is ‘First Class’ and my two 11 year old Jack Russell’s loved the tooth brush toys for their treats. They weren’t sure about the toothpaste but worth a try and they licked it off the tooth brush toy, so it can’t have been that bad! Never tried anything like this with them before, so turns out you can teach old dogs new tricks!

Excellent customer service. Alex is very helpful and the communication prompt and informative.

Ordered 2 items, both arrived well packaged but took a little longer than I expected so had to buy one of the items from a local store as we were off on holiday and wanted to take with us. I emailed PetPoochie yesterday (Sunday) and Alex replied within the hr, offered alternative or refund without question. I opted for refund as had bought alternative product and the refund was done this morning, before I've even returned the item. It's customer service like this that I hope will ensure this family run business is a success. A pleasure to deal with.

I ordered the teeth cleaning chew toy, thinking it was coming from a small family business in the UK. However, tracking my order I realised it was coming from Hong Kong! When my order did finally arrive it looked a cheap product in cheap packaging. My dog will not engage with it, so it’s gone in the bin! Waste of money!

I first became aware of this company via an advert on Facebook, and I was very wary as I couldn’t find any reviews on Trustpilot. After a bit of thought I decided to risk it and ordered the PoochChew which is designed to clean dogs teeth through chewing, along with some toothpaste.

The toothpaste arrived first followed by the chew toy a few days later. Both items had been delivered within 14 days of ordering, so no issues there. Tbh I wasn’t overly impressed with the chew toy, it didn’t seem robust enough and after a couple of weeks daily use I couldn’t see any noticeable difference in the condition of my dogs teeth. The company offers a money back guarantee, so I emailed (on a Saturday morning) to request a refund. To my surprise I got a reply within an hour and a full refund had been processed within 4 hours of my email.

The PoochChew didn’t work for me, but the company honoured the money back guarantee without quibble, so I have no hesitation in recommending them. Had I been happy with the product this would’ve been a 5* review. The product may well work for other people, so I genuinely hope there will be some 5* reviews very soon. I wish the company well.
