Doggie comforts
Barneys bed was worn out so we went for the same as before , scruffs orthopaedic extra large, he absolutely loves his new bed ,being a 8 year old black lab he is not a small dog, as he has arthritis we have done what we can to help his joints and a better life, he looks so comfortable we know we have done our best for him, so thankyou Nathan and ur team for helping to keep him in comfort he is used to

Due to apparently missing the last date for Christmas orders it took 2 1/2 weeks for the company to let me know that even though the product ordered was ‘in stock’ at the point of payment it was actually ‘out of stock’ with no foreseeable date for new stock!
So ended up ordering a more expensive product. However service once this was established was very good.
Product bought was good quality and true to size and colour. Shame it’s made in China as you are led to believe that the products are very ‘British’!
Happy with my purchase overall despite poor initial service.

Unfortunately, last day for Christmas deliveries was the 15th December which was stated on the website, please accept our apologies if you missed it. We then shut down for the holidays as we are very small business, hence the lack of communication over the holidays.
The majority of products are made within the Uk, which includes Pet Prestige Brand and Collared Creatures. You ordered a Scruffs Blanket which unfortunately, is manufactured in China. We are very proud to offer British Made Dog Beds, so if you prefer a product made within the UK, please drop us a message if you are unsure.

Great bed
Great bed, we have two very happy frenchies! There was an issue with the original delivery but this was due to the manufacturer sending incorrect colour, however was rectify easily and quickly with great comms. Would 100% recommend

I ordered 2 dog beds and although the items were out of stock the company was very quick to get in touch and offer other options. Understandable there was a bit of a delay in delivery but the items are excellent quality, the packaging was great too. Super happy

Perfect cocoon bed
Bruno, miniature dachshund, took to this cocoon bed immediately. The attached blanket stays in place all night, covers dog without being too tight. Space to stretch out or curl up. Cosy lining on cushion & attached blanket.

Best cave bed
Fantastic cave bed. Been looking for a quality cave bed for a few months. This thing is awesome. Great material. Easy to clean (can be separated into pieces). Curtains are a must, used for winter then take the curtains off in the summer and also can remove the foam pad to make the top a loose cover. Really great and definitely worth the money.
