A lovely bed, but communication could be better.
I loved the bed when it arrived so glad I bought it however it took a long time to come with very little information provided. I was expecting delivery within 3-5 days when I ordered on 13 Aug. I got a message a few days later saying it would arrive by 21 Aug as there were delays with the supplier. Then nothing. When I chased on 23 Aug I was told beds would be shipped that Friday. I finally received it the following week, on 29 Aug.

I should have found something more economical and easy to assemble.
Pretty good customer service. The product is nice, and well made, but it was extremely difficult to fit the felt into the hood as it's just too big. The instructions could be clearer. My dogs just jump on it and crush it, so perhaps I should have found something more economical and easy to assemble.

Green tweed cave luxury dog bed
We bought the tweed cave luxury dog bed (medium) for our 2 year old standard dachshund . He had previously slept very happily in his crate, so this was his first ‘proper’ bed. It was an immediate hit and he absolutely loves it. Plenty of room to stretch out, burrow and disappear. The quality is excellent and the postage, packing and delivery were first class. We are delighted with this purchase.

Good quality dog bed
I’ve been wanting to buy one of the donut beds, but was a bit dubious as have ordered them in the past and they were not as deep and squidgy as advertised.
But I ordered one and was pleased I did / they are deep and squishy with quality material.
Our two fur babies are very happy with their new bed 🥰🥰🥰
