didnt feel wellcome, and was accused of bad picking , absolutley no tracability in the job , they dont like newcomers, misserable people allover, JUST SAY NO

Always deliver in 4-5 days which is ok for me
Only had 2 problems but both was not there fault but courier

Parts for my scooter always fit and are as good as anyone else as mostly come from the same place

NOT RECOMMENDED!! not purchased from PetrolScooter, they do not ship! they continue to say that the package is from the courier (providing a probable fake code) and they do not issue refunds despite repeated requests! continue to say "thank you for waiting" I get the same answer for a month.
Your money is wasted if you buy from them.

Don't Buy Lights From Petrol Scooter because if you fit them and they don't work say goodbye to your money.
These two lights arrived in a loose paper packet. The auto electrician who fitted them said if you've paid more than a fiver for these you have been robbed. He said the bulb holders were cheaply made and the bulb can become loose and fall out plus there's no seal around the reflector cover so water will get inside and pop the bulb or short it out. True to his word thats what happened. I rang Petrol Scooter they said "we can't give you a refund because they've been fitted". If they weren't fitted HOW WOULD I KNOW IF THEY'RE FAULTY.

This company is a complete rip off and should not be allowed to trade on Ebay.

If possible order anywhere else but here.

I tried to buy some parts but the payment service 'timed out' and then I could not access the petrolscooter website, I just got a 404 error.
Never any confirmation or emails from this company yet they took my money within 24 hours and one month later I still have no parts and no money.
Avoid at all costs - You have been warned

On may i have buy on ebay petrolscooter uk a outboard engine, after 60 days i must ask to Paypal of return me my money.
Petrolscooter have give me a fake tracking number.
I have make a new order on july of the same outboard engine, petroscooter have send me a trucking number.
After 60 days i have ask to petrolscooter the real tracking number because the tracking number on ebay it wase fuch.
Petrolscoter have write to me , they have not make the spedition and they ask me 10 euro extra for make the spedition.
It Are 4 months that they joke me.
It is not a good shop, I think it is a fack china shop.

Ok so I checked out eBay and their website which states they are open today (Monday) so drove all the way to the shop to be greeted by a a4 piece of paper saying they are no longer open Mondays? As the shutter was up and lights on I rang the bell as I was only after one part and had drove a long way, a young lad opened the door and rudely told me they where closed today so I asked if I could quickly buy one part and his reply was "Im on my dinner break" come back tomorrow.....to say I was angry is an understatement, I wont be going back regardless, i'd rather travel further and pay more than go back here!

Totally rubbish customer service, over 3 weeks since I ordered the parts and all they do is refer me to Hermes (which are crap) no parcel as yet and no help from them. looking at their website with so many things not available I believe they are circling the drain, do not order from them as you will not see your product or your money again. You Have Been Warned. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Paid for next day delivery didn't arrive the next day.When I asked about a refund they stated it was UK mail and out of their control.Terrible customer service.Avoid this company they are a division of (No) Nonsense Products and Services Ltd.

Dodgy products, won't answer phone, I bought a bad 48v 15Ah battery and had to return it, 3 weeks later no replacement they say none in stock but eBay and website showing plenty.

They sent me a faulty charger then said a replacement was sent out but it was never received and now they refuse to reply to my message asking for a refund on eBay so this company is not to be trusted at all find another company avoid this one

Very poor. Ordered bike batteries that the website said were in stock. Paid for them and waited 3 days to then be told that they were out of stock. Now waiting for my refund which I dare say will take a lot longer than it took them to take my money for goods they don't actually have to sell.

The worst customer experience ever! Paid for next day delivery and after 3 separate excuses, they finally dispatched 5 days later. And this was for two little inner tubes, can only image if it was a large delivery with value? Will never use again.

Bought a bike battery that turned out to be faulty. Awful customer service with replies that were designed to string out their inaction.

It took one and half days to get through to customer support despite the message continually repeating '...you're next in the queue'. When the phone was eventually answered was told that the item I needed was it stock and taking further confidence that the phone message stated that the website reflected true stock levels, drove 70 miles. Found out that despite advertising over 10 different lithium batteries and chargers, they did not have one charger in stock. BEWARE, this company is advertising stock they do not have on their website and on ebay. I should have taken the 36 hours to answer the phone as a sign. Pleased I didn't order online.

Not sure why they got so many bad reviews but my experience was good,i bought an ebike kit and it arrived when said,i emailed customer services to confirm its coming on estimated date and they replied just after it arrived wich is ok so over all i like them,and its not first time i used them,all companys that sell alot of goods are bound to mess up sometimes? but not foir me,i will be back again to buy from them

ORDERED 2 SHOCKS,TRACKROD AND A FEW OTHER BITS ARRIVED NEXT DAY FITTED PERFECT.. GREAT SHOP WILL USE AGAIN . RECOMEND 100%.

Ordered from these crooks through Ebay, upon ordering I asked them to check the part fit the flywheel I also ordered before sending. This was not done and the part didn't fit. I requested to send this back under the 30 day returns policy. Which they agreed, the item was returned roughly within 20 days from date of order receipt, they then took ages to respond to the issue, and have now closed the case stating that the return was outside of the 30 day deadline. Ebay are useless and wont get involved, but as I'm having no success when contacting the company to obtain the refund I thought it would be best to put this comment on hear for all to see.
