Ordered from these crooks through Ebay, upon ordering I asked them to check the part fit the flywheel I also ordered before sending. This was not done and the part didn't fit. I requested to send this back under the 30 day returns policy. Which they agreed, the item was returned roughly within 20 days from date of order receipt, they then took ages to respond to the issue, and have now closed the case stating that the return was outside of the 30 day deadline. Ebay are useless and wont get involved, but as I'm having no success when contacting the company to obtain the refund I thought it would be best to put this comment on hear for all to see.

I ordered parts for my scooter with paiyng extra for quick delivery. After 2 days waiting I called them to ask where my parcel is as waiting time was already exceeded. What ws my surprise when they told me they can't deliver parts as they don;t have it in stock. They took payment as well as extra for delivery but didn't bother to contact me that I won't be able to receive my parcel. I really needed parts as my scooter is my only transport to work etc. due to my working hours so you can imagine how dissapionted (that easy word) was I hearing it from their customer service. Now I need to find anpther shop and order needed parts again-I could do it 2 days ago and had my scooter fixed already. Instead of that need to struggle with trnsport for another days.I only imagine how long I would wait for any email text or call from Petrol Scooter?-probably never and still thinking where my parcel is? I am very disspaointed =, upset and well angry at this company and their customer service as they only explaination they could provide to me is - it's not our fault, they also say sorry once-wow really helpfull.
I will highly advice not to use their website or shop as they are very unreliable and unproffesional.

I've ordered parts from these fools 3 time and never once did they send the right part. My last purchase attempt was for front and rear brake cables for mini Moto I ordered from eBay site (thought I'd try buying from their eBay website in the hope I would get better service) bought them on 1st of January and after countless emails and picture sending it's now the 1st of February and still no cables just excuse after excuse.
No matter what you tell them it makes no difference, they just don't care once they have your money.
Everyone I have seen on forums and most in sites like this seems to say the same thing, "keep away from these people."
I recommend you listen to this advice.

This is my fourth buy of spares from petrol scooter.each time it been easy to buy with quick delivery. I emailed and asked some questions and they replied with the advise/answers needed.

I bought 2 X bafang electric bicycle drives from petrol scooter. 5 months later one went wrong. I did my research and discovered the fault, so I contacted them for help. It took some time to get the part from China but they persisted and the problem was resolved. Thanks to Mike in tech and everyone there, I would certainly do business with them again. I would recommend petrol scooter.

We bought a mini quad bike for our son's Christmas. After a total of 3 hours of working it cut out and wouldn't start. We had to wait until petrolscooter.co.uk reopened after the holidays and after them sending us numerous spare parts to try we then said enough we want this fixed! We have since paid to send it back and the Manager has said they are not fixing it as it is irreparable due to misuse. We gave photographic evidence and according to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we are within our rights to have this fixed! I would not choose this company again as the after sales let's them down. Still ongoing!!

After several months of being messed around by FunBikes I was given Petrol Scooter UK's web address and telephone number. They were extremely helpful finding replacement parts for my eldest sons dirt bike and the purchase of my youngest sons bike.
I will continue to use Petrol Scooter and highly recommend them, by far the best supplier of I've encountered in the past 6 years.

Honestly stay away from this company, i purchased a midi quad from here 2 months ago and since then ive had nothing but problems with it. When i called them they refused to assist me saying its only got a 30 day warranty so basically tough. Following this conversation i took the quad to a specalist for his feedback, which basically wasnt good saying the quad is unfit for purpose.
I decided id take the quad back and argue my case with the management who after about an hour of disputing decided he would look at it for me, however he did say "what should i expect for cheap and cheerful, which 340 isnt cheap. Their attitude is appauling, customer service skills is non existent and the shop shouldnt be trading as they are rippikg people off. I am calling trading standards to see what they say about the whole situation.

I ordered pit bike plastics from this company and they arrived reasonably close to the delivery day specified but this was because they personally didn't deliver it. The products came in a battered old box that had been package taped together and upon opening I realised that all the pieces were scratched, surface and deep scratches like the panels had been dragged behind the person who package them and bits were missing! I immediately contacted petrol scooter customer support and was ask to send photos via the eBay messages thread. They probably already knew this but for those who don't, you cannot send images via eBay messages to and from the supplier as eBay block them so I asked could I send the images to their Facebook page, they said yes so that's what I did. Two to three days later still no response and when I contacted them again (via the eBay messages as that's the only means of communication with them) they just sent me copy and pasted messages saying click here to view our other products in stock. It feels like the company aren't bother about making good of a situation and Aslong as they get their money they don't care about you or the product you have recieved. Unfortunately for them this will only result in the company losing money in the long run when people catch on that their just money grabbing **** holes! Save your money and go with another company for your pit bike parts like red circles, I've only had one problem with them and they resolved it and sent a replacement out the same day. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT HIGH PRICED, LOW QUALITY RUBBISH THAT ISN'T AS DESCRIBED.

I bought my son a mini motto quad for Christmas, first time he used it lasted 10 mins then clutch burnt out so they sent me a new one, second time went out stopped working again after 10 minutes, so phoned them they gave me a few things to try but the quads still not running longer than 10 mins. Now they want ring me back to solve this problem and to top it off the manager hang the phone up on me when I was explaining the problems again, my son is very upset at not being able to use his Christmas present, I recommend you look elsewhere as they are quick to take your money but if you have problems they don't want to know. £300 and my sons Christmas down the drain

I bought a engine motor in their website for £209 then, one staff member called me named "Peter" and said the price was wrong and I have to pay the real price £239 or received the refund.

This person was rude, he treated me to be banned as a customer when I didnt accept the alternatives, he lied about his name because the manager didnt recognize him in spite of passed her the phone when I called for the second time because he hang up.
I have to say that there was not disrespect actitud from my side, I just did not want to accept to pay more and that was what make his actitud to be rude.

But i mistake order wrong clutch set, but lucky i had old clutchplate so no worries.

Recently bought a mini dirt bike for the kids. Been sat a while so needed a freshen up. I looked around at companies, chose to go with PetrolScooter.co.uk as they were priced well and have an array of products. Great decision I feel. I ordered my parts they came so quickly, sent an email that was replied to straight away. Just an absolute pleasure. Thank you all

Had the intention of buying a Kazuma 150cc to use with the kids. Phoned and asked the measurements of the bike so I could buy a shed to keep it in and explained why I needed them. Took their measurements then went and bought and built a shed only to find out when the quad arrived the measurements were not even close...very annoyed. Bike is decent so far although all the electrics are exposed at the front of the bike so you cant go through puddles which seems a bit ridiculous as any kind of puddle at all I went through the electrics shorted and left the ignition light permanently on draining the battery so I now have to take the battery out after every use as its almost impossible to keep the entire front of the bike dry. The advise was to wrap it in a carrier bag or something Overall the bike seems quite good though and so does the technical help apart from giving me the wrong dimensions. The bike is outside in the garden under tarpaulin so isnt protected as it should be until I get the money and time to build something else. Bike ended up ruined in garden avoid these scumbags

ordered a coyote mini dirt bike which was delivered within 3 working days which was great. did have a couple of issues with parts on the bike so was unable to ride it which is down to manufacturer. however contacted petrol scooter today about the parts and got an instant reply. the parts have already been put on delivery for tomorrow. so although the bike was not ridable when received and was down to manufacture of the bike. petrol scooter helped and sorted issue out promptly and im really pleased with how fast and responsive this company is and would highly recommend and use again for future purchase. THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE

So there aren't many good petrol-scooter companys in Sweden so I decided to order from this website; My first impression were very good where I asked them which brakes would fit? And I got an almost instant reply.
The shipping took 6 days (Arrgh coudln't it just taken 5 days so I could gotten it on the friday?!) Haha but that were worth it, this is no shitty china parts, this is quality.

As regular buyer I rate them high when I have to buy anything to my Baotian scooter. They sell parts cheap and post the items very swiftly. Though among the positive experiences there is one bad one as well.

I bought one item through Ebay instead of using their very own webshop on petrolscooter.com. Unfortunately I've received a different version of the ordered item to the ordered and wanted one. Further more I've noticed the difference only 6-8 weeks after receiving, only when I wanted to use it.

I've sent an email through Ebay asking to change the item on courtesy as they had no legal requirement after so long time. I haven't got any answer.

However, it doesn't bother me so much that I would stop using them. I just bought an exhaust and some other small things a couple weeks ago. And I will use them in the future too .
