Always a great service
Always a good service, but great this time. Website not recognising mainland Scotland as free delivery, but a call to customer service resulted in dog food order processed and delivered very quickly. Have used in the past and will definitely use again. Apparently website being updated shortly to solve delivery location issue.

The courier company chosen by the seller does not deliver the parcel to the door but leaves it wherever it can, exposing the goods to theft. This is deplorable behaviour.

Brilliant so helpful for me to have things delivered. And setting up the repeat delivery works. I’ve not been able to find this item for a long time and my cats prefer it so to have it regularly delivered is one more thing I don’t have to think about.
