Easy subscription service and great delivery. No issues with subscription, reminders before it renews help plan your space in the cupboard and adjust delivery dates if needed. Also, a big fan of yodel services when you can just as easily request for different delivery date if not in or track your driver live on the day.

Missing item and poor communication
I orderd A 48 pack of natures menu cat food and 3 12 packs of natures menu raw food and the Turkey was apparently out when they packed my order because they left it out with a note on the packing communication was slow but I requested a refund

On 4 occasions we were left wondering…
On 4 occasions we were left wondering if our dogs food would arrive. The food would usually be due to arrive on a Thursday, and it would get to the Weekend with no notification that a deliver was coming, only that the payment had been taken. I would then have to enquire the next week to then be told there was no stock to be sent. The problem is that it left us having to purchase more expensive food from a local-ish place that was a bit of a pain to get to.

For some reason I can't reply to the company that replied below. But what they said about the stock level email is a lie. I had a notification from them on the 6th of May saying the order has been processed, I then had to email them on the 11th! To chase it up. I have the proof but can't attach it.
