Sorry to read your frustration with Yodel. We have an agreement that the courier cannot leave in a safe place unless the customer requests this via their tracking this is to stop damaged and stolen parcels. We made this decision based on customer feedback and improving the customer experience.

Delivery driver listen up!
The order was fine and no issues except that the delivery driver leaves the box on my doorstep. I live on a main road and it’s in full view of the street.
I have a garden, and it woukd be easy to leave it just out of sight in a more secure place. One day my order will be stolen. I may end my repeat order due to this.

Would give 0 stars but that isn’t an option. Absolutely shocking customer service. Yodel failed to deliver and you refuse to answer emails after a generic response which wasn’t helpful. 10 days still no reply will never use you again ever!

Product arrived ripped and unusable
Ordered a 12kg food bag, the food packaging had lots of holed in. I contacted the customer serviced email with my initial complaint and pictures on the 8th June and not had any reply regarding how I can return the item for a replacement or refund, as I will not pay for postage to send back an item that was received faulty. What a terrible way to treat customers.
I will leave it a few days before disputing the transaction with my credit card provider.
