I had a problem with my delivery phoned Pets & Friends very helpful lady sorted out the problem and arranged another delivery which arrived the next day although I had to leave a message when I contacted customer service and received a return call the next day

My cats get bored with same cat food all the time so it’s great to find such a good variety of cat biscuits at such reasonable prices.

only ordered 3 parcels
only ordered 3 parcels. delivered 2 one day and 1 the next, had to stay in twice, was not even free delivery had to pay 13.99. could do better. Delivery charges are far too high.

received message to come collect my order, went there they didn’t have it, ended up having to buy more animal food as we had run out completely. Ended up waiting 2 days to come back and collect it. was a bit annoying as I did the repeat so that I have the food before I run out ready to collect.

I have looked at your order and can that you have a subscription with us for home delivery. We don't currently offer click and collect on subscriptions which is why you waited 2 days for the carrier to deliver. Please note all our parcels do take 3-5 working days.
