Scammers
Scammers. Absolutely terrible experience. I was charged without my consent for a membership I never signed up for. I don’t even have pets, so there’s no reason for me to subscribe to their service. When I asked for a refund, they refused, claiming it was a ‘cancellation fee’—for a service I never requested in the first place! This is nothing short of a scam. Be warned: if you deal with this company, you may end up paying for something you never wanted. I will be reporting them to Consumer Protection and sharing my experience on social media

Someone hacked my bank card and made a purchase. Super annoyed...
Bank refunded my money eventually and confirmed it is a SCAM company. There is nothing online except a "website" that references them...no reviews or anything except Trustpilot and reviews only date back to September.
