The packaging was all damaged (boxes torn and open). It was clearly not adapted to the items in it. Fortunately, the goods inside were not damaged.

Very happy customer!
Great service, competitive prices, large array of choices and sizes, big brands.
The only very slight let down is the delivery time which takes about a week. But not a great issue anyway and the packaging was more than OK.
It was my first purchase with Petsmenu.fr and would not hesitate to buy again.
I bought a dog raincoat which is about 20€ cheaper than on any other online shopping pet shops, so great!!!
