Zero Customer Service

I placed an order for garden furniture, received no email confirmation. I have tried calling them numerous times and emailing a number of times as I need to cancel the order. This was all on the same day but just cannot make contact with them.
Totally unacceptable and upsetting.

I ordered the floppy fish on the 19th…

I ordered the floppy fish on the 19th of DECEMBER and it’s still not here. Tracking said it was in my town a week ago and today tracking said NO SUCH number.
I’m the ONLY Person with my name who lives at that address.

We've given your local USPS a call and they confirmed they weren't able to deliver due to an incorrect/incomplete shipping address, so they labeled the status as 'NO SUCH NUMBER'. Your package is currently in transit back to our warehouse and we'll reach out about reshipping to your correct address when the warehouse confirms receipt.

As for the delay, we do apologize for as most couriers have been very unstable and slow in the past couple of weeks due to holiday season volume and the impact of COVID-19. In anticipation for this, we've buffered our transit time estimate since November and the couriers had still managed to attempt delivery within our estimated transit timeframe.

Our team will be keeping an eye on the return tracking of your package. Once our warehouse confirm's receipt, we will be in touch about reshipping. Thank you for your patience.

Excellent Product, Excellent Service

I had the best experience with Petseentials. I ordered some items when I saw the ad on Facebook. The prices were so reasonable that I wondered if the products would be cheap imitations. To my amazement, the products were exactly as described and of top quality. In addition, because the shippers took a long time during the pandemic, I called to complain. The Petssentials staff provided me with an update on the status of my order, and kept providing me with one each time the package moved to the next distribution center. It wasn't even their responsibility to do this! I will shop with them again and again.

Love Luna the Tuna

Love Luna the Tuna. Product is super soft and so much fun. Inadvertently did not come with the charging cord but Jason in customer service took care of the issue immediately. Satisfied human and feline customers!

Great customer service!

Great product, top-notch customer service! Very helpful and courteous during emails, and followed up with me to be sure I got the delivery after I checked on it. USPS was slow (it is covdid+holidays, completely understandable), no fault to petssentials.

The "bob" flippy fishy is very soft and the auto-off function is great! The speed of the flipper varies and does different patterns too which my cat finds fascinating lol

Great product. USPS messed up delivery, no fault of theirs. Contacted the customer support and they still assisted as much as they could. Product is exactly as expected and service was above 5 stars!

Package came in neighbors mailbox

Package came in neighbors mailbox. Company was proactive in assisting me. Agreed to wait a few more days. Neighbor came by and apologized for not brining it over sooner. Product is as advertised.

Solved problem very quickly

My cat loved his Flippy Fishy, but it stopped working shortly after it arrived. I contacted Petessentials and they diagnosed the problem as the USB port not being properly soldered ... and immediately shipped a replacement. Fast, friendly customer service!
