Taking money out of my account illegally!!!
So I've been with BT home essentials for 2 weeks and so far BT have illegally taken a direct debit payment out of my account without any notification. Got that returned by the bank so not too bad. Then BT send me an email saying I owe the £20 and that I need to pay immediately or my services will be cut. It's the 17th march and my chosen payment date was 4th of April which I can now see has been changed with out my knowledge to the 14th march! Absolute crap start with BT. Will call them when they open to have this rectified or I'll cancel with BT and go back to Plusnet who I was with for 6 years with no trouble at all.
Great way to pay
Great way to pay. I could use Apple Pay and didn’t have to go looking for my bank card
STOPPED PAYING MY BILL months ago thank…
STOPPED PAYING MY BILL months ago thank God I did, these money grabbing gets will never and I swear this on my babies resting garden, they can send out bills but I guarantee there getting ripped up and never paid again, unless you can come to an agreement I've been asking for, for days now over a £469 tv being faulty on a loop turning the tv on and off, that's when I'll start repaying, you have had my EUPD which is like bipolar so high and and low wanting to take my own life over losing £469, your refusing to take the tv back and conning me off with £469, I ain't paying no company that rips there customers off and has them feeling weak and suicidal you are a disgrace of a company I'll send it back my self if I have to, I'll take a photo for a solicitor if I have to don't play with me home essentials as you haven't any idea who your messing with here

Approved me for £500 credit and then canceled it the moment I placed my first order. Complete time wasters and idiots. Don't bother wasting your precious time with these fools.

I paid £91 for a product but only got £73 refund. They add VAT without declaring it on their adverts and also deduct initial postage plus VAT from your refund. Disgrace.
Such an easy service to make payments

Last week they cancelled my order due…
Last week they cancelled my order due to not having stock. Then later that day they added more stock and guess what another load of stock after that. Makes 0 sense that even if they didn't have stock at the time, they wouldn't prioritise actual paying customers instead of just putting it back up and cancelling. This week I order and they take my funds and guess what the order says cancelled next to it right away! Jokers
Clearer account information
I would like a clearer explanation of where this payment goes to , which account is this, why isn’t the name of the account being displayed with the account number, this would make it much easier to find which account payment is due and less likely to miss out on the payments
Please listen to these reviews and…
Please listen to these reviews and don’t open this account open next or very or something else next charge pounds for interest these on other hand was charging me minimum payments monthly just for interest alone £86 that isn’t including my minimum payment for the items so say my minimum was £90 a month and I paid £90 well £86 come out of that just for there apr so only 4 pound would come off my balance I have never known any catalogue to charge that stupid amount I contested complained etc and they was not dropping the apr it took me years to pay it off. There catch is it does say in small print they can charge the apr currency when ever they want and they do trust me . Avoid
Cancelled then put up more

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Takes your money for products that’s in stock. Cancels citing stock issues and then 4 hours later and the next day they have the same product miraculously in stock again.
Explain how a product is in stock and cancelled for no stock and then in stock again. They take your money and take ages to refund
DO NOT USE THEM
Avoid this company
Paid £10 sent proof via e mail and then threatened me to now pay 20 they were supposed to sort out where the original payment had gone. How dare they after next month balance will be clear and never will I use the company again ! Abysmal customer service
Be useful if could set up direct debit online

"Warning to potential customers
"Warning to potential customers: @TheHomeEssentials is accused of deceptive business practices! I recently ordered a glass product worth ₹2000, but what I received was not only different from the product image, but it was also damaged. The glass straw inside the beaker was broken, and strangely, there were no broken pieces in the beaker, suggesting that the item was damaged before shipping.
To make matters worse, the return option that was initially available on the website suddenly disappeared, leaving me with no clear way to return or exchange the product. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer support via WhatsApp, I was met with automated responses and no follow-up. The phone number provided on their website doesn't even exist!
It's shocking to discover that this isn't an isolated incident. Apparently, this is a recurring issue with @TheHomeEssentials, and several customers have reported similar experiences. If you're considering purchasing from them, beware of their alleged fraudulent practices and lack of customer support. #TheHomeEssentials #BuyerBeware #DeceptivePractices"
Poor delivery
They will take full payment while online ordering itself, then don't show any commitment to deliver online.
