These folks are terrible. Twice when I’ve ordered, they never sent it and I had to file a claim through PayPal. They will tell you they sent it. They will then tell you it’s lost and that they’ll send another but they do not do that. I also paid extra for tracking and they continually refused to send it to me.

Ordered a tag over one month ago. Rec'd confirmation. Never received tag. Have sent 2 emails and left 3 phone messages over the past two weeks. Zero response from Customer Service.

We've used pettags.com for years now. We've got a few stinkers who like to come home sans collar/tag so rebuy, reorder, rinse repeat. The first time we gave them a try seeing the print I was worried it would wear off but tag and tag again (see what I did there?) it doesn't.

When we used to get engraved tags locally you'd think that would last but honestly our cats would have the tags worn down in no time. The pettags.com tags despite being a print process have always held up. We've never replaced one due to wear, only loss or info change. So it's easy to recommend them. Good printing, good designs and options, good prices.

We ordered a hundred tags for our animal rescue over 2 weeks ago. Had a call saying they didn't have that one stock so we picked another. I asked when they will ship she told me in a couple days. I am still waiting, I've called and it only ever says they are closed so nobody ever answers and I've emailed with no reply. Still no tags and no response!

Not only did the transport take a long time and the communication was at a very low level, but also the quality of the products is zero. the tag was damaged only when I put the ring on it, the tex is printed skewed and overall, when you hold the tag in your hand, it works completely cheaply (price-quality ratio - absolutely bad)

Got the paw print tag and it looks great. Everything spelled exactly like I typed it. Very fast turn-around and shipping for a customized item. Received it within a week. I will be a return customer.

We got the hot pink with sparkles heart and it is expensive looking and matches well with a hot pink sparkly collar we already had. The name and numbers were perfect and easy to read in the Comic Sans font. We will always use pettags.com

This is the BEST place to get your pet tags and the BEST pet tags you can get!! I can almost promise you that you will probably wear out you dog collar or get a new phone number before you need to replace these tags!!

I got the stainless steel tags for my dogs and for my GoPro (incase I lose it SCUBA diving), Mud, dirt, Salt water, even a new puppy chewing on them and they still look like new. They are laser engraved so the letters/numbers won't wear off like the tags you can get at the pet store! And here you are supporting a small business that cares for their customers and not a giant corporation that only cares about the $$. They have a lifetime customer in me!!

This tag looked much better than I expected. The price is great,and the shipping time was quick. All the printing was correct. I expect to order more in all the colors. I haven't had it long enough to know how it will wear.
