I'm on my 4th tag now. They have always come quickly and the quality is waaay better than some of the other etched metals tags. Very readable and very durable, I'll be back for more if I need them.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have bought tags from here 3 times. It has been over a month since I have purchased anything. I was charged 3 times now for nothing. Seen it on my bank info. I haven’t been on website to even order anything. Got charged for nothing!! Not secure payment! I have emailed them 2 times, no reply. I have called sent them a screen shot of my account for proof and they haven’t sent me a email back or my money. Very poor customer service. Very disappointed that payment info is NOT secure.

I have ordered from PetTags before and have always been satisfied w the quality and speed in which I receive the product. Affordable too!! I would recommend without hesitation!!

Great company! I got my order in a few days and loved not needing to pay to ship. Smart people running the company. Tags were as expected and perfect. I look forward to purchasing tags again in the future.

The tag itself is about the size of a five cent coin. The online photos show the loop on the tag is as thick as the tag itself.....wrong! It is about 1/3 as thick and the tag broke off at the loop after only 3 days on my dog's collar. I found it on the bedroom floor. My 9 year old pointer isn't real active anymore, so it wasn't playing rough that broke it. My guess was him scratching an itch.

A well-engraved tag isn't any good if it doesn't stay on the dog.

I have been using Pet Tags for several months to make tags that identify the different products we use for aviation maintenance.
These tags give us a visual to assure we have the correct product for items where the identifying information is covered by a tooling housing such as a grease gun.
The service has been great and the pricing is more than fair and they always provide you with a discount option.
I plan to keep using them going forward and I guess they may be wondering why my pets have all these weird names!!!

When I received my order I was quite pleased with the tag. I bought a small round silver one with etched stars on it. It’s about an inch round. I used comic sans font and the lettering is very thin and tight together, however, the engraving its self is good quality. Also, the key ring that comes with it is small and thin; I would recommend getting a separate key ring. For the price I would definitely order from pettags.com again. (100016730)

I am a repeat customer. Just received order #100017097. These are outstanding, durable tags at a very good price. Stainless steel tags have clear, etched lettering that cannot get rubbed out or fade. The mini key chain ring is also sturdy. Shipping was prompt. Will definitely be returning in the future!

These are the best tages I have ever seen yet. They are engraved on both sides. Easy to read and see and are polished perfectly. Shipping was super fast! Excellent product and company. I plan on buying more. I ordered off ebay. Very happy!
