Whilst searching online for best prices of 2x 15kg bags of dog food came across Petwell who were the cheapest by far and with free delivery. Never heard of them before but thought I'd try.

Disappointing!
We’ve ordered from Petwell before without issue, this time the experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Ordered towards the end of November, DHL collected the order on 28th November ready for next day delivery. Almost a week later, delay after delay. We appreciate that there might be delays at this time of year but the order was at their delivery depot for 5 working days at least. Emailed Petwell and DHL customer services numerous times to be told to expect delays. The order was delivered by a miserable driver who was almost unwilling to deliver to our accessible door but begrudgingly did so after huffing and puffing and throwing the boxes to the ground. The boxes that contained our order were already damaged and when opening the boxes, we found that there were two of the major items missing and two items split open and not fit for purpose. Not acceptable. This experience has unfortunately put us off from ordering from Petwell again.

I am still waiting for litter delivery I would like an immediate refund so I can purchase elsewhere I am over 80 and rely on home deliveries you. Or the carrier have let me down badly

Ordering was easy. Contact and Info simple to follow. Delivery was on time and put in area as requested. Product is snaffled up by dogs. E erything is spot on thanks.
Poor service
Extremely dissatisfied with this company. An order was made on Tuesday the 26th November and next day delivery was paid for. The order only arrived 6 days later (2nd December).
At no time was there notification of any delays to delivery sending this out from the company, prior to or after placing my order.
I had contacted customer services requesting a refund for the next day delivery cost and this was not even acknowledge by the customer services team, however blamed being busy over the Black Friday as a result. I have since recontacted them and yet to hear anything back.
I have never ordered from here before, and due to stock issues of the dog food my dog normally eats at other companies, this was one of the places that still had some in stock. Unfortunately, I would not reccommend this company and would urge others to look elsewhere.

Never received my order, had to chase customer services. Poor communication and waited over 3 weeks until they agreed to refund!
Full order cancelled 8 days after placing it
Notifed by email 8 days after order had been placed that it was cancelled due to no stock. Wont be using again.
Disappointed
I was disappointed because the three items I ordered had to be refunded because they were then out of stock. The order was confirmed and it was only after a number of days, having seen they were on their way, that I was emailed about the refund. Why were they showing as available in the first place.
I was satisfied though that the refunds were made efficiently and quickly.
