Dead fish

I liked how fast it came but my fish was dead and the packaging was not substantial enough I expected better. Now I love how the catfish looked its just that was my dream fish I will get another one this summer I hope the packing is better than it was. Like i was expecting it to be lined with Styrofoam and cardboard shavings for warmth.
!!!Please ship with care!!!

No update on shipping when asked…

No update on shipping when asked multiple times

Eventually received a “cancelled” shipment when asked for an update!!!

Never got a reply from them advising why!

Terrible... Refuse to refund, missing items, ignoring delivery date instruction...

Run from this seller...

I placed several orders before the holiday and PetZone told me two of the orders didn't have the shrimp I ordered in stock so I requested a refund for those two.

Then when I asked for the refund after the holiday again and again, PetZone claimed they didn't receive the payments, even though I've already received the receipt for the successful payments from Stripe and sent PetZone as many as proof as I could to chase them to check their system to see if there was any bug.

They insisted they didn't have the fund and refused to refund, while the money was already charged from my bank. Nearly $800 gone...

And here is more, for the other orders that were actually shipped, when I received the package, many items were missing, and they completely ignored the instruction to ship later so I received the items while my second tank is still being cycled so I'm not sure how the fish will end up and I've no idea where i should put the new plant... Another $400 that might be gone soon...

So, in short, run from this seller.....

Consistently Reliable

Over the past several years, I have purchased tropical fish from Pet Zone in summer and winter. I live on the east coast (many miles from Pet Zone). The packaging has always met the challenge of getting the fish cross country alive and in healthy condition - the best I've seen. The fish have always exceeded my expectations - Pet Zone is the best!

Super Helpful!!

These guys helped me pick out the perfect pair of beautifully colored RCS and some healthy and happy Pom Pom crabs! I’ve had them all setup for a little over a week now and everyone is thriving and colors are vibrant! Thank you again!

You got your fish healthy and phenomenally fast but it was Black Friday weekend and the guys got overwhelmed with shipments and may have missed the note, does this make us qualify to be a 1-star just because of a minor blunder? Fish wasn’t DOA nor was there a delay, why the unfair rating? We already apologized as there was mixup and the packing crew went into autopilot as a packing slip is included with every package we send out.

Unfortunately my fish arrived DOA

Unfortunately my fish arrived DOA. I took pictures and informed them what had happened. They credited me back my money for the fish, and I have now ordered another. I have a good feeling that this one will be healthy and I'm excited to be getting him.
