You guaranteed live arrival th If you want dead fish order from this companyat did…

You guaranteed live arrival that did not happen. In fact quite the opposite do not appreciate Paying 45 plus dollars for dead fish. There was no mention of having to pay extra shipping to ensure a live arrival. Live arrival was guaranteed when this was brought to your attention. Your response was oh well. You should have paid more money. So as far as i'm concerned You are unreliable, untrustworthy misleading in your statements. And are not anyone I would ever choose to do business with again!

This policy is also shown at the end of checkout as a disclaimer T/Cs that must be agreed to prior to payment. Note, if USPS is used, there aren’t any live arrival guarantees as shown at checkout and also next to the shipment option captions. We do guarantee live arrival with FedEx overnight.

Hard to communicate with. Order was short.

Order was short because they didn't have what I ordered. You can't speak to them on the phone (even though they have a # for order issues). They still speak of Covid protocols on the phone and on website.
Emailing them back and forth for weeks (response usually within a day). Never got that type of fish I ordered. I opted for another Congo Tetra. They sent a little bitty fish. USP slow boat. Took 3 days. It was alive (amazing).

Terrible communication

Terrible communication, no update on order after 2 weeks. Multiple calls and emails and no results. Won't buy from again

Hi Brandon. We got your email but asked numerous times for an update with clear photos to show proof of DOA per our policy T/Cs with no response but a repeated “my fish arrived dead” each time. We can’t help unless there’s some proof of DOA. Also, this is your second time ordering and the first time you claimed we sent it to the wrong address despite us shipping to the address submitted via the order form. We feel like we’re getting finessed and the run around. Seller, beware….

Was sent fish with a faulty heat pack

Was sent fish with a faulty heat pack, one fish was dead and 4 were barely alive. Mind you it was 10°F outside the day of delivery
not including the 24 hour delay with Fed ex. The dead one I only received store credit ($19) and was expected to cover the shipping ($55) again. Instead of actually helping and answering questions all they did was send me a link to their DOA instructions. Horrible service.
Edit. Introduced ich into my tank, and one of the gourami's died. DO NOT BUY HERE

Horrible customer service

I bought an item that was in stock. Was told a few days later that we item was not in stock and that they were receiving more the following week. That week came and passed, still no item. I called, no answer. I responded to the text that was sent to me, left on read with no response.

3/5 danios survived

3/5 danios survived. 2/5 shrimp survived. One of the danios that did live has a weird shaped spine and is not long for this world. Got a crawfish recently with great results. Idk what happened here. Probably should go for the extra $30-40 to guarantee the live shipping

I ordered a fish

I ordered a fish, it said it would come in 3-5 business days, this is the 7th business day and the fish is almost certainly dead, thanks for the dead 60$ fish

Guarantee scam

14$ fish. Only way to “Garuntee” He fish is fed ex shipping. 59$. Fish dead on arrival. Only way to get the fish is pay another 59$ for shipping. So 120$ for a 14$ fish. The guarantee is a scam others pick up the tab for the shipping. There is zero guarantee !! Their first reply was “Bummer”
