PFM owes me around $950 worth of servers in which they were supposed to setup 2 years ago and never did, support kept pushing back the issue, or finding new excuses to delay, recently one of their staff personally contacted me, promising to resolve the issue, and finally told me that the contract was signed by someone underage, but that is completely false and they are just trying to blatantly put up a lame and untrue excuse to jump the bill and scam. Do not ever trust this company or anyone associated with it with servers or money ever.

1 Star The owner of QC Hosting (now pfm) owes me over $3,000 usd and around $4,000 usd worth of servers he terminated my colocation contract right after I paid a year of colo. He then said to email the support which I did they only delivered 2 out of 4 of my servers I have attempted to reach back out via support but appearntly there is "email issues". They claimed they initiated the wire transfer but it has been over 2 months and no wire transfer. I have since contacted a collections agency to deal with this issue and if that dosent work I will be bringing him to court if you have had a simular expirence you can feel free to contact me my discord is leafgood

Very helpful staff. They made setting up my server super easy and were able to answer any questions I had! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great hosting service!

Perfect VPS Hosting! Prices are decent, services are reliable. We plan on sticking with PFM Host. Our server runs off their AMD Ryzen 7900X processor and is super fast.

Absolute criminals! I invested roughly £3000 in this company to try help them grow cause I had a vps with them. They then proceeded to ignore my messages, and haven't returned any of my investment payments at all. Do not deal with these people!

Whilst the servers were up, the experience was more than satisfactory. We entered a partnership which was most succesful. However, servers went offline and 7 weeks later, I am still waiting for my server files to be returned despite being told it'll be 'soon' over a dozen times.

Overall, whilst the pricing is fair and the service was good the services and the customer support just aren't reliable enough. I would not recommend PFM.

PFM provide amazing services , and their customer service has been absolutely impeccable they reply under 5 minutes . The servers run extremely smooth with no downtime

Management was very helpful with helping set up and upgrade my vps. This company is a cheap and reliable one

Really great company really fast at setting up when I bought from them and really great support when I need it from them I would suggest buying from PFM Hosting
