Do Pogust Goodhead think this is good service?
I submitted a claim around March 2022 relating to VW emissions. I didn’t know if my VW Golf had the engine type known as EA189 or not. Subsequently pgmbm emailed me requesting several documents relating the car, which I sent to them by email. That was 6 months ago and I received notification from them to confirm receipt. Now today I receive an email to say my claim is terminated due to the car having ea189 engine. What a complete waste of time this has been. Surely it doesn’t take the best part of a year to tell me that my claim cannot be accepted. Do pgmbm agree this is not good service?
POGUST GOODHEAD.
POGUST GOODHEAD.
COMPLETE WASTE OF MONTHS, ALL THEY DO IS KEEP ASKING THE SAME QUESTIONS AND DONT LISTEN.
DONT EVEN BOTHER TRY A DIFFERENT COMPANY
Incompetent
Made the claim through this company to receive an email on Friday telling me they were transferring this to someone else. I then received an email saying this was sent in error and should be disregarded. Today I receive an email telling me that my case has been transferred. Clearly they've not a clue as to what is going on and I don't feel can be regarded as professional in any way.

Shocking just feel like it’s a massive scam and a data gathering exercise! I will be proved wrong! doubt it!
I signed up with one company regarding…
I signed up with one company regarding VW Diesel omissions claim and then down the line was told that PGMBM had taken over the claim.
Initially, I got through easily by phone but about a month ago, I was told I had to sign a document and return it.
I was in Spain caring for my dying sister and after her passing, I contacted them and explained my delay (10 days), in replying.
I promised to do it the next day but before I could, I received an email telling me they had dropped my. Are.
I called several times and spoke to several people who assured me it had gone for review.
Now they have changed names again .
Agh !!!
I just read one reply from the company (see below), that everyone should have been informed in June of the amount they eleoukd be paid in June.
I am now complaining to the Ombudsman
Poor communication
Poor communication, get your business that nothing at all, tried phoning them and phone is 'unavailable' and no reply to emails hmmmmmmmmm doesn't sound dodgy at all...........

Keep requesting information they already have. Ask my wife for v5 docs for cars she has since sold, invoices that nobody keeps web site to process claims is a shambles. Won’t hold my breath but would hate to think they are claiming and keeping the money.

shocking service sent all documents and several emails and no reply's been going on for months
Poor communication from this company
Poor communication from this company. I had to chase what information and documents they required I then sent all documents and info to them by email back in April, which they acknowledged by return email. Over the last week this company have phoned me a few times whilst Iwas on holiday requesting missing documents which I had sent but they said they hadn't got! I resent my original email from April with requested documents attached. They now want them sent by WhatsApp???
Advert lies
The advert for My Diesel Claim isn’t truthful. Toun Cole isn’t a lawyer she’s a paralegal. Isn’t that against advertising standards??
All good
It is taking longer than I hoped for, but I understand the magnitude of the cases they’re dealing with.
The reviews are quite negative but I have never had a problem speaking with anyone at this firm and have always had a pleasant experience when I have gotten through to someone.
I have submitted the relevant supporting information today and hope that I won’t have to wait too much longer but keep up the fight PGMBM!
Kind regards
Jody
Why is PGMBM hiding the total settlement of the BA Data Breach case?
I am shocked by the service and how it's so hard to talk to anyone. I have gone through PGMBM for the BA Data Breach case and not just the claim ended up in a ridiculous amount rewarded to me but PGMBM didn't ever confirm what the total sum was allocated and what is the fee that they are taking. for all that i am concerned they are taking 90% of it as they are keeping a secrecy about it. I now am looking into reporting them for negligence and not fulfilling my requests as a customer.

This is possibly the worst excuse of a business out there. Cant get through to anyone. Both the online 'chat bot' & 'contact us' pages don't work, like at all. Literally no way of finding out anything.
Biggest con - Don't put your trust (or information) in these people.
Diesel-gate
After reading so many negative revues on Trust pilot I didn't have a lot of faith in PGMBM of receiving my diesel compensation payout, but I was pleasantly surprised today, my compensation went into my bank account today and I was more than happy with the amount and there was no fee taken.
Thanks PGMBN
Kind regards

I can’t believe all of the bad reviews
I can’t believe all of the bad reviews, as this definitely hasn’t been my experience with PGMBM. I’ve had nothing but great communication through the whole process and received my settlement within a few days after confirmation on the 9th June.

These are a bunch of Pakistan based male and female scammers who are harvesting your details and never bother contacting you back , they use your details for their own financial scamming . They will send you emails requesting more bona vides about yourself in order for them to use else where to clean you out .

I wanted to claim in the Dieselgate saga, but PGMBM wanted to steal 50% of the paid out claim. Surely with the amount of claims that they’ll attend to, 10% would have been more than enough. It is tantamount to thievery…!!!

No communication
I have had a claim since 2015. I have emailed and called numerous times but never get an answer. This company are not even interested in my details let alone trying to get us the compensation that we are due from being scammed. I would like to start a page to examine how much of this settlement ends up in the right hands.
