Really great quality products at fair prices. Shipping appeared to be delayed but Phairs chased this up for me same day and it turned out that DPD simply hadn't updated their tracking and my purchase arrived next day. Phairs followed up that same day to make sure I had it and all was good. I am really very impressed with them and their customer service is top notch.

I ordered a item (flowerpots) from this shop the order was dispatched with in 24hrs and received with in 3 days great service.

Never heard of this company before but it was selling 2 x white Elho 30cm pots for the price it would normally cost me to buy one, so I took a little gamble and ordered the pots on a Saturday, and they arrived two days later on the Monday in perfect condition. So pleased with them, excellent company and postage - I will definitely buy from here again.

I ordered a lawn feed product which I found online at Phairs.com a lot cheaper than I could find in my local DIY store or Garden Centre. The service I received from Phairs was first class. Delivered on time with nil problems. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Brilliant balcony planters being trying to buy this type this size colour since lockdown last year and finally got them as it seems they were sold out everywhere for a year .
They fit perfect . Delivery was only a few days . Just hope the garden centres have plants left to fill them .
